聲頻鉆機(jī)的動(dòng)力學(xué)優(yōu)化及振動(dòng)測(cè)試

【摘要】:在石油和天然氣勘探中,主要依靠物探方法間接的了解地質(zhì)構(gòu)造和巖層性質(zhì),以尋找油氣藏。黃土塬地區(qū)由于地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、制約因素眾多一直是我國(guó)油氣勘探的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)之一,為了克服這些困難,工程上對(duì)鉆機(jī)的適應(yīng)性、可靠性、輕便性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性提出了較高的要求。而聲頻鉆機(jī)具有效率高、能耗低、鉆進(jìn)速度快以及適應(yīng)地層范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以較好地滿足工程實(shí)際需求。本文通過模擬仿真和振動(dòng)測(cè)試的方法對(duì)聲頻鉆機(jī)進(jìn)行了深入的研究,具體有以下幾個(gè)方面:1)本文運(yùn)用LS-DYNA軟件對(duì)聲頻鉆機(jī)作用下的黃土進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,得出在聲頻鉆機(jī)能夠產(chǎn)生150Hz的振動(dòng)頻率以及110k N荷載的條件下,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)黃土的破壞和鉆進(jìn)。2)本文還運(yùn)用ADAMS軟件對(duì)單偏心輪系統(tǒng)和曲軸連桿活塞系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了模擬仿真分析,得出兩者運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)規(guī)律的仿真分析與理論分析的結(jié)果基本一致,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)曲軸連桿活塞系統(tǒng)可以產(chǎn)生比單偏心輪系統(tǒng)更大的振動(dòng)力。3)本文依托公理設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)單偏心輪振動(dòng)器和曲軸活塞振動(dòng)器這兩種設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比較分析,從而最終得出曲軸活塞振動(dòng)器是更加優(yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)方案。4)本文使用DEWE 43-A數(shù)據(jù)采集分析儀器對(duì)聲頻鉆機(jī)振動(dòng)器產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào)進(jìn)行了采集、處理和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)振動(dòng)器的最大加速度隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而增加,且在振動(dòng)頻率為150Hz時(shí),鉆機(jī)所提供的振動(dòng)力已能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)黃土層的鉆進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In oil and gas exploration, geophysical methods are mainly used to indirectly understand geological structure and rock properties in order to find oil and gas reservoirs. In order to overcome these difficulties, the engineering adaptability and reliability of oil and gas drilling rig in the Loess Plateau area is always one of the key and difficult points of oil and gas exploration in China due to the complex geological conditions and many restrictive factors. Portability and economy put forward higher requirements. The audio drilling rig has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, fast drilling speed and wide range of formation, so it can meet the practical requirements of engineering. In this paper, the acoustic drilling rig is deeply studied by means of simulation and vibration test, including the following aspects: 1) the dynamic analysis of loess under the action of audio drilling rig is carried out by using LS-DYNA software in this paper. Under the condition that the audio drilling rig can produce the vibration frequency of 150Hz and 110kN load, This paper also uses ADAMS software to simulate and analyze the kinematics of single eccentric wheel system and crankshaft connecting rod piston system. It is concluded that the results of simulation and theoretical analysis of kinematics laws are basically consistent with each other. It is found that the crankshaft and connecting rod piston system can produce greater vibration force than the single eccentric wheel system. 3) based on the axiomatic design method, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the two design schemes of the single eccentric wheel vibrator and the crankshaft piston vibrator. Finally, it is concluded that the crankshaft piston vibrator is a more optimized design scheme. (4) this paper uses DEWE 43-A data acquisition and analysis instrument to collect, process and analyze the vibration acceleration signal generated by the vibrator of the audio drilling rig. It is found that the maximum acceleration of the vibrator increases with the increase of the rotational speed, and the vibration force provided by the rig can be drilled to the loess layer when the vibration frequency is 150Hz.
