甲酸鹽加重瓜膠壓裂液體系

【摘要】:為解決深層破裂壓力高、常規(guī)壓裂液難以壓開的難題,開展了加重壓裂液體系研究。由于壓裂液需要進(jìn)入到儲(chǔ)層深部,因此要求加重劑具有良好的水溶性,而瓜膠壓裂液需要在弱堿性環(huán)境中交聯(lián),因此強(qiáng)酸弱堿鹽類加重劑,如氯化鈣、氯化鋅等不適用,溴酸鹽(溴化鉀、溴化鈣等)雖可用但成本較高,難以應(yīng)用,因此選擇甲酸鹽,該加重壓裂液密度在1.0~1.5g/cm3范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)。受電性、分子量和分散性的影響,助排劑和黏土穩(wěn)定劑可能與甲酸鹽發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)或物理作用,出現(xiàn)絮凝、析出或沉淀現(xiàn)象,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)選出ME-1微乳助排劑和FP-2黏土穩(wěn)定劑,結(jié)合流變性、濾失和破膠等實(shí)驗(yàn),優(yōu)選了與其配伍的有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)劑等相關(guān)助劑,形成綜合性能良好的加重壓裂液體系。董8井壓裂層段5 353.70~5 364.45 m,地層溫度為120℃,優(yōu)化加重壓裂液(密度為1.2 g/cm3)現(xiàn)場配制工藝,成功地進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用;壓后破膠液黏度小于5 m Pa·s,返排率達(dá)100%。該加重壓裂液技術(shù)為下一步的高閉合應(yīng)力油藏的壓裂改造提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that deep fracture pressure is high and conventional fracturing fluid is difficult to open, the study of aggravated fracturing fluid system is carried out. Because the fracturing fluid needs to enter the deep reservoir, it is required that the aggrandizer has good water solubility, while the melamine fracturing fluid needs to be crosslinked in the weakly alkaline environment, so the strong acid and weak alkali salts, such as calcium chloride, zinc chloride, etc., are not applicable. Bromate (potassium bromide, calcium bromide, etc.) can be used, but the cost is high, so it is difficult to use formate. Therefore, the density of fracturing fluid can be adjusted in the range of 1.0~1.5g/cm3. Due to the influence of electricity, molecular weight and dispersity, the drainage aid and clay stabilizer may react with formate, flocculate, precipitate or precipitate, and ME-1 microemulsion and FP-2 clay stabilizer can be selected by experiments. Combined with rheology, filtration and gel breaking experiments, organic boron crosslinker and other related additives were selected to form an aggravation fracturing fluid system with good comprehensive properties.
