吸附法脫除模擬油中有機氯

【摘要】:采用直接吸附法對油品中有機氯化物的脫除進行研究。以ZSM-5分子篩和γ-Al_2O_3為載體,以CuO和MgO為活性組分,利用等體積浸漬法制得MgO/ZSM-5、CuO/ZSM-5、CuO/γ-Al_2O_3和MgO/γ-Al_2O_3共4種吸附劑,采用X射線衍射(XRD)、低溫氮氣吸附-脫附(BET)等方法對吸附劑進行了表征分析,考察了吸附劑對模擬油中有機氯化物的脫除效果,同時考察了脫氯實驗的反應(yīng)條件對有機氯化物脫除效果的影響,得到了最佳吸附條件。實驗結(jié)果表明:吸附劑Mg O/ZSM-5和Cu O/ZSM-5脫氯效果較好,其吸附效果的最佳條件為活性組分負載量為12%、吸附溫度為30℃、劑油比為1∶15、吸附時間為60min,脫氯率分別為62.63%和56.28%。最后通過對單一有機氯化物模擬油的吸附研究,得出吸附劑對不同濃度的有機氯化物脫除效果不同,這為石腦油中不同有機氯化物的脫除提供了經(jīng)驗和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The removal of organic chlorides from oil by direct adsorption was studied. Four kinds of adsorbents, MgO / ZSM-5CuO / 緯 -Al2O3 and MgO/ 緯 -Al2O3, were prepared by using CuO and MgO as active components and ZSM-5 molecular sieve as carriers. The adsorbents were characterized and analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption (BET). The effect of adsorbent on the removal of organic chloride from simulated oil was investigated, and the effect of reaction conditions on the removal of organic chloride was investigated. The optimum adsorption conditions were obtained. The experimental results showed that the adsorbents mg O/ZSM-5 and Cu O/ZSM-5 had better dechlorination effect.
