定邊采油區(qū)塊非同層產(chǎn)出液混采與混輸工藝的可行性研究

【摘要】:目前,在陜北的長(zhǎng)慶油田、延長(zhǎng)油田都存在著同一區(qū)塊不同層位采出水混合開(kāi)采、混合輸送和回注現(xiàn)象,而且已經(jīng)成為這些油田普遍采用的處理工藝,但結(jié)垢已經(jīng)成為了大部分油田普遍遇到的問(wèn)題。如果未通過(guò)配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),將兩種不配伍的采出水進(jìn)行混合開(kāi)采和輸送或?qū)⒉慌湮榈幕旌纤鳛樽⑷胨M(jìn)行回注,將會(huì)導(dǎo)致管線和設(shè)備的大量結(jié)垢和腐蝕,降低了儲(chǔ)層的滲透率,對(duì)油田的正常生產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)造成不可扭轉(zhuǎn)的傷害。如何解決采出水在混合過(guò)程中的結(jié)垢問(wèn)題,是產(chǎn)出液混采混輸和采出水回注處理重點(diǎn)研究的內(nèi)容之一。本文應(yīng)用SY/T5523-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)定邊不同區(qū)塊非同層采出水進(jìn)行了配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,以離子失去量和結(jié)垢量為考察指標(biāo),以地面混合后的混配水作為回注水源,進(jìn)行紅柳溝區(qū)塊非同層采出水回注可行性研究,新安邊區(qū)塊采出水與清水的混注可行性研究,油房莊區(qū)塊和周長(zhǎng)區(qū)塊非同層產(chǎn)出液混采混輸工藝可行性研究,結(jié)果表明:對(duì)紅柳溝區(qū)塊采出水進(jìn)行回注可行性研究,主要結(jié)垢類型為碳酸鈣。最大結(jié)垢比例為4:6,作為地面混合比例。絮凝后混合水與地層水進(jìn)行配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn),無(wú)明顯結(jié)垢,配伍性較好,達(dá)到回注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)清水與地層水進(jìn)行混注可行性研究,主要結(jié)垢類型為硫酸鋇和硫酸鍶。最大結(jié)垢比例為2:8,作為地面混合比例。絮凝后混合水與地層水進(jìn)行配伍性實(shí)驗(yàn),無(wú)明顯結(jié)垢,配伍性較好,回注工藝可行。對(duì)油房莊和周長(zhǎng)區(qū)塊不同層位產(chǎn)出液進(jìn)行混采混輸可行性研究,混合后均大量結(jié)垢,只能分層開(kāi)采和輸送。絮凝后混合水與地層水進(jìn)行回注可行性研究,無(wú)明顯結(jié)垢,配伍性較好,達(dá)到回注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:At present, in Changqing Oilfield of Northern Shaanxi, Yanchang Oilfield has mixed production, mixed transportation and back injection of different produced water in the same block, and has become a widely used treatment process in these oilfields. But scaling has become a common problem in most oilfields. If the mixture is not evaluated by compatibility experiments, the mixed extraction and transportation of two uncompatible effluent or the return injection of unmixed water as injected water will result in a large amount of scaling and corrosion of pipelines and equipment. The permeability of the reservoir is reduced and irrevocable damage is caused to the normal production and development of the oil field. How to solve the scaling problem of produced water in the mixing process is one of the key contents of the research on mixed production and transportation of produced water and reinjection treatment of produced water. In this paper, SY/T5523-2006 standard is used to study the compatibility of inhomogeneous produced water in different blocks of Dingbian. The ion loss and scaling amount are taken as the index, and the mixed water after surface mixing is used as the water source for reinjection. Feasibility study on reinjection of non-same layer produced water in Hongliugou block, mixed injection of produced water and clear water in Xinanbian block, feasibility study on mixed production and transportation technology of non-identical production liquid in Fangzhuang block and Zhouchang block, The results show that the main scaling type is calcium carbonate. The maximum scaling ratio is 4: 6, as the ground mixing ratio. The compatibility experiment of mixed water and formation water after flocculation shows that there is no obvious scaling and the compatibility is good, which reaches the standard of backinjection. The feasibility of mixing clean water with formation water is studied. The main scaling types are barium sulfate and strontium sulfate. The maximum scaling ratio is 2: 8, as the ground mixing ratio. The compatibility experiment of mixed water and formation water after flocculation shows that there is no obvious scaling, and the compatibility is good, and the reinjection process is feasible. The feasibility of mixed production and transportation of different layers of production liquid in Youfangzhuang and Zhouchang blocks is studied. After mixing a large amount of scale can only be produced and transported by stratification. The feasibility study of reinjection of mixed water and formation water after flocculation shows that there is no obvious scaling and the compatibility is good.
