矩形泄漏孔水平噴射火熱輻射研究

【摘要】:為研究矩形泄漏孔水平噴射火的熱輻射分布,首先采用火災(zāi)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬軟件(FDS)模擬具有相同面積的正方形和長方形泄漏孔下13種不同泄漏速度的噴射火,監(jiān)測噴射火的熱輻射數(shù)據(jù)和傷害半徑;然后運(yùn)用Thornton模型計(jì)算熱輻射值和傷害半徑,添加矩形泄漏孔長寬比因子至模型中,根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果修正Thornton模型。研究得出:熱輻射的Thornton模型預(yù)測值和模擬值變化趨勢一致,但Thornton模型預(yù)測值更大;修正后的Thornton模型可用于預(yù)測矩形泄漏孔噴射火孔口近區(qū)域的熱輻射值;傷害半徑與泄漏速度成指數(shù)關(guān)系,傷害半徑的Thornton模型預(yù)測結(jié)果和模擬結(jié)果吻合得較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the thermal radiation distribution of horizontal jet fire with rectangular leak hole, the fire dynamic simulation software (FDS) was used to simulate 13 kinds of fire with different leakage velocity under square and rectangular leak holes with the same area. The thermal radiation data and the damage radius of the spray fire are monitored, and then the thermal radiation value and the injury radius are calculated by using Thornton model, and the rectangular leakage hole aspect ratio factor is added to the model, and the Thornton model is modified according to the simulation results. The results show that the predicted value of the Thornton model is consistent with the simulated value, but the predicted value of the Thornton model is larger, and the modified Thornton model can be used to predict the thermal radiation value near the nozzle of the rectangular leak hole. The damage radius is exponentially related to the leakage velocity, and the prediction results of the damage radius by Thornton model are in good agreement with the simulation results.
