摘要：近 2 0年來，世界石油產(chǎn)量增長(zhǎng)緩慢，難以滿足全球?qū)σ后w燃料需求的快速增長(zhǎng)，石油 安全問題凸顯。美國(guó)作為世界上能源消費(fèi)量最大的國(guó)家，正積極尋求能源安全的新途徑。奧巴馬上臺(tái)后推出了新能源戰(zhàn)略，其發(fā)展重點(diǎn)落在了清潔替代能源和新能源上，期望通過能源產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動(dòng)
