【摘要】：近幾年,城鎮(zhèn)化與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)愈發(fā)得到重視,大力推動了建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長,奠定了建筑業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)中的重要地位。為了更加充分地發(fā)揮其服務(wù)和帶動作用,建筑業(yè)應(yīng)該以協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)為指導(dǎo),力爭將經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、生態(tài)三個方面的效益進(jìn)行有效統(tǒng)一,為建筑業(yè)發(fā)展提供持續(xù)動力。 建筑業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)持續(xù)發(fā)展是一個繁雜的復(fù)合系統(tǒng),同時受到經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、資源與環(huán)境等眾多因素的影響。目前國內(nèi)外對建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究主要側(cè)重于資源與生態(tài)兩個方面,其研究成果實(shí)用性不高。本文以遼寧建筑業(yè)為研究對象,探究建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)要素與驅(qū)動機(jī)理,開發(fā)建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價指標(biāo)體系與方法模型,以期為推動遼寧建筑業(yè)與整個國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有益的參考。 本文首先介紹了文章的研究背景,論述了文章的研究目的及意義,分析了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究,闡述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的涵義,并引出建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展這一概念。然后在上述的理論支撐下,以遼寧省建筑業(yè)為研究對象,分析總結(jié)影響建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,結(jié)合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、按照指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)原則和建立方法,選擇對建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展影響較大的關(guān)鍵因素,利用層次分析法確定了適用于建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評價指標(biāo)體系之后,又對評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的細(xì)化與無量綱的處理。從資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、環(huán)境四個層面對建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行考評,體現(xiàn)了建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、社會發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境和諧共同、互利渦合的發(fā)展宗旨和本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵。 其次本文為了保證評價活動的客觀性,以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)原則為指導(dǎo),詳細(xì)研究了層次分析法、多層模糊綜合評價方法以及協(xié)調(diào)度評價方法,建立了建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展多層模糊綜合評價體系,采用模糊綜合評價法和變化協(xié)調(diào)度法對遼寧建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了評價,得出遼寧建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展所處的位置,為遼寧省制定相應(yīng)的建筑業(yè)發(fā)展決策提供了依據(jù)。 最后在綜合評價結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對遼寧建筑業(yè)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的分析,提出促進(jìn)遼寧建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策與措施,指導(dǎo)遼寧建筑業(yè)更好更快地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to urbanization and infrastructure construction, which has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry, thus promoted the growth of the national economy, and established the important position of the construction industry in the national economy. In order to give full play to its service and leading role, the construction industry should take the coordinated and sustainable as the guidance, strive to unify the economic, social and ecological benefits effectively, and provide the sustainable power for the development of the construction industry. The coordinated and sustainable development of the construction industry is a complex and complex system, which is influenced by many factors, such as economy, society, resources and environment. At present, the research on sustainable development of construction industry at home and abroad is mainly focused on resources and ecology, and its research results are not practical. Taking Liaoning construction industry as the research object, this paper probes into the system elements and driving mechanism of sustainable development of construction industry, and develops the evaluation index system and method model of sustainable development of construction industry. In order to promote Liaoning construction industry and the sustainable development of the national economy to provide a useful reference. This paper first introduces the research background, discusses the purpose and significance of the research, analyzes the related research at home and abroad, expounds the meaning of sustainable development, and leads to the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry. Then, under the support of the above theory, taking Liaoning construction industry as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the sustainable development of the construction industry, and combines the theory of sustainable development, according to the design principles and establishment methods of the index system. After selecting the key factors which have a great influence on the sustainable development of the construction industry, the evaluation index system suitable for the sustainable development of the construction industry is determined by AHP, and then the evaluation index system is further refined and dimensionless. The sustainable development of construction industry is evaluated from four aspects of resources, economy, society and environment, which embodies the aim and essential connotation of sustainable development of construction industry to realize economic growth, harmony between social development and ecological environment, mutual benefit and mutual benefit. Secondly, in order to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation activities, this paper, guided by rigorous scientific principles, studies in detail the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the coordination degree evaluation method. A multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for sustainable development of construction industry is established. The sustainable development level of Liaoning construction industry and the degree of coordination within the system are evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and change coordination degree method. The position of sustainable development of construction industry in Liaoning Province is obtained, which provides the basis for making corresponding decision making of construction industry development in Liaoning Province. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation results, the author makes further analysis on Liaoning construction industry, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to promote the sustainable development of Liaoning construction industry so as to guide Liaoning construction industry to develop better and faster.
