基于氣候適應(yīng)性的武漢地區(qū)住宅建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著人類對自然環(huán)境的過度開發(fā),,自然環(huán)境慘遭破壞、生態(tài)能源將面臨枯竭殆盡的危機(jī)。近年來,溫室效應(yīng)、霧霾天氣等出現(xiàn)的日益頻繁,時刻提醒著人們需要重視人與自然、建筑與氣候的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。生態(tài)學(xué)和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)日漸受到重視。 事實(shí)上,自然生態(tài)環(huán)境對人的影響以及氣候與建筑之間的關(guān)系一直是人類研究自身生存問題的重點(diǎn)。在歐洲,早在幾十年前,生態(tài)建筑已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了,將自然資源和氣候要素納入建筑設(shè)計(jì),對生態(tài)環(huán)境與居住環(huán)境已經(jīng)起了很大的修復(fù)作用.過去生態(tài)建筑的發(fā)展與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,也為我們提供了一種設(shè)計(jì)思路。 建筑是隨著地域環(huán)境和氣候而產(chǎn)生的,建筑形式和布局方式隨著地域的不同而各具特色。分析建筑與氣候之間的關(guān)系,并實(shí)踐于當(dāng)今的建筑,減少建筑耗能,提高建筑中的能源利用效率,是解決當(dāng)今全球能源短缺最得力有效的方式。建筑節(jié)能的涵蓋面廣,目前推行的設(shè)計(jì)手法很多。本文從住宅建筑氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)策略進(jìn)行分析研究,具體內(nèi)容結(jié)合氣候條件,從自然通風(fēng)、水體、綠化、蓄熱、遮陽等詳細(xì)分析了住宅建筑規(guī)劃布局、建筑單體設(shè)計(jì)等方面。 本文主要論述的內(nèi)容是武漢地區(qū)基于氣候適應(yīng)性的建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略研究,主要從以下幾個方面展開: 第一章節(jié),從研究背景、研究的目的和意義以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀入手,引出基于氣候適應(yīng)性的建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略研究非常重要,迫在眉睫,最后提出本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和方法。 第二章節(jié),介紹了基于氣候適應(yīng)性的建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)的幾個概念,以及傳統(tǒng)民居結(jié)合氣候的建筑設(shè)計(jì)手法,從而為現(xiàn)代建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒思路。 第三章節(jié),對武漢地區(qū)住宅建筑進(jìn)行探討,并從自然通風(fēng)、綠化、水體、太陽輻射等相關(guān)建筑氣候要素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蜻m應(yīng)性的住宅建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略。 第四章節(jié),逐層遞進(jìn),由一般到特殊,以在武漢地區(qū)親身經(jīng)歷的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為例,從規(guī)劃布局到建筑單體逐一探討,最后得出武漢地區(qū)的氣候適應(yīng)性的相關(guān)結(jié)論,并對當(dāng)前住宅建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)中容易產(chǎn)生誤區(qū)的地方加以總結(jié)說明。 第五章節(jié),歸納全文的結(jié)論,展望了住宅建筑氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)策略的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:With the over-exploitation of the natural environment and the destruction of the natural environment, the ecological energy will be faced with the crisis of exhaustion. In recent years, Greenhouse Effect and haze weather appear more and more frequently, reminding people to pay attention to the coordinated development of man and nature, architecture and climate. The view of ecology and sustainable development is being paid more and more attention. In fact, the impact of natural ecological environment on human beings and the relationship between climate and architecture have always been the focus of the study of human survival. In Europe, as early as a few decades ago, ecological architecture has emerged, the natural resources and climate elements into the architectural design, ecological environment and living environment has played a great role in the restoration. The development and design practice of ecological buildings in the past also provide us with a design idea. Architecture comes into being with regional environment and climate. It is the most effective way to solve the energy shortage in the world to analyze the relationship between building and climate, and to reduce the building energy consumption and improve the energy efficiency. Building energy-saving covers a wide range, the current implementation of a lot of design methods. In this paper, the climatic adaptability design strategy of residential buildings is analyzed and studied in detail from the aspects of natural ventilation, water body, greening, heat storage, sun shading and so on. The main content of this paper is the research of building energy-saving design strategy based on climate adaptability in Wuhan area, mainly from the following aspects: The first chapter, from the research background, the purpose and significance of the study and the current research situation at home and abroad, leads to the climate adaptation of building energy conservation design strategy research is very important and urgent. Finally, the main contents and methods of this paper are put forward. In the second chapter, several concepts of building energy saving design based on climate adaptability are introduced, as well as the architectural design methods of traditional residential buildings combined with climate, thus providing reference ideas for modern building energy saving design. The third chapter discusses the residential buildings in Wuhan area, and analyzes the climate factors of natural ventilation, greening, water body, solar radiation and so on, and summarizes the energy-saving design strategy of residential buildings combined with local climate adaptability. The fourth chapter, step by step, from general to special, taking the design project experienced personally in Wuhan area as an example, from planning layout to building monomer one by one, finally draw the relevant conclusions of climate adaptability in Wuhan area. And the current residential building energy-saving design is prone to misunderstandings to summarize and explain. In the fifth chapter, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the development trend of climate adaptive design strategy of residential buildings is prospected.
