基于CFD離心泵數(shù)值模擬及性能優(yōu)化

【摘要】:離心泵作為一種通用機(jī)械在日常生活與工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。該類泵每年所消耗的電量占總發(fā)電量的10%以上,另一方面我國(guó)離心泵的總體運(yùn)行效率低下,節(jié)能潛力非常巨大。使用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)進(jìn)行離心泵性能研究是一個(gè)重要課題。 本文以MJ125-100型煤漿離心泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用多重參考系MRF模型對(duì)離心泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)定常三維流動(dòng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算。得到了內(nèi)部流動(dòng)速度、壓力分布圖和計(jì)算揚(yáng)程。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果均符合理論分析情況,驗(yàn)證了該數(shù)值模擬的正確性。通過(guò)使用三種k-ε湍流模型分別計(jì)算不同流量?jī)?nèi)部流場(chǎng)模擬并與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,得到合適的模型為RNG k-s湍流模型。研究了得出了最優(yōu)葉片數(shù)目以及通過(guò)切削葉輪非工作面后流場(chǎng)參數(shù)對(duì)比,得出葉輪非工作面的切削可以提高泵效率。對(duì)離心泵葉輪設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及節(jié)能改造有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As a kind of universal machinery, centrifugal pump is widely used in daily life and industrial production. This kind of pump consumes more than 10% of the total electric capacity every year. On the other hand, the overall operation efficiency of centrifugal pump in China is low, and the energy saving potential is very great. It is an important subject to study the performance of centrifugal pump by numerical simulation technology. In this paper, the internal flow field of MJ125-100 type coal slurry centrifugal pump is taken as the research object, and the steady three-dimensional flow in the centrifugal pump is numerically calculated by using the multiple reference system MRF model. The internal flow velocity, pressure distribution and the calculated head are obtained. The numerical simulation results are in accordance with the theoretical analysis, and verify the correctness of the numerical simulation. By using three kinds of k- 蔚 turbulence models to calculate the internal flow field of different flows and compare with the experimental data, the suitable model is RNG k-s turbulence model. The optimum number of blades and the comparison of flow field parameters after cutting impeller are studied. It is concluded that the efficiency of pump can be improved by cutting impeller without working face. It has important guiding significance for centrifugal pump impeller design, structure optimization and energy saving reform.
