約束變胞機(jī)構(gòu)等效阻力梯度分析方法

【摘要】:變胞機(jī)構(gòu)是機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)研究的一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域,它的提出給機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)帶來(lái)了新鮮空氣。通過(guò)約束實(shí)現(xiàn)變胞全過(guò)程的實(shí)用變胞機(jī)構(gòu),要求對(duì)應(yīng)工作構(gòu)態(tài)中的變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副提供相應(yīng)的約束,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)在工作過(guò)程中構(gòu)型的轉(zhuǎn)換、保持和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)序要求。我們有必要對(duì)面向變胞全過(guò)程中變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的阻力之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)用的變胞機(jī)構(gòu),本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: 首先,介紹約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的約束形式主要包括:幾何約束,阻力約束、組合約束;對(duì)約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副進(jìn)行分類(lèi),根據(jù)約束形式分為幾何約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副、阻力約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副和組合約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副;設(shè)計(jì)典型移動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的結(jié)構(gòu),描繪不同類(lèi)型變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的阻力特性。在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹典型的空間變胞副,并且描繪它的阻力特性。 其次,分析約束變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的變胞全過(guò)程,用運(yùn)動(dòng)循環(huán)圖表示構(gòu)態(tài)變換中約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的切換過(guò)程,分析變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副在構(gòu)態(tài)變換過(guò)程中是如何等效的,建立等效阻力梯度模型和調(diào)控機(jī)理,用等效阻力梯度曲線描述構(gòu)態(tài)變換過(guò)程中變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的等效過(guò)程。 最后,分析基于擴(kuò)展Assur桿組變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的組成原理,提出一種變胞機(jī)構(gòu)分析方法,在構(gòu)態(tài)保持過(guò)程中將擴(kuò)展Assur桿組等效成Assur桿組,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析。引用Assur桿組的動(dòng)態(tài)靜力分析,提出一種面向變胞全過(guò)程的變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副約束力的分析方法,用vc++6.0調(diào)用基本桿組程序?qū)γ嫦蜃儼^(guò)程的變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)等效阻力梯度模型和面向變胞全過(guò)程的變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副的設(shè)計(jì)原理,設(shè)計(jì)物料運(yùn)送機(jī)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副之間的阻力特性,建立三維模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,驗(yàn)證約束變胞運(yùn)動(dòng)副之間等效阻力梯度關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Metamorphic mechanism is a new field of mechanism research, which brings fresh air to mechanism. The practical metamorphic mechanism in the whole process of metamorphosis is realized by constraints. It is required to provide the corresponding constraints for the metamorphic motion pair in the working structure, and to realize the configuration transformation, retention and motion timing requirements of the mechanism during the working process. It is necessary for us to study the relationship between resistance of metamorphic pairs in the whole process of metamorphosis and to design practical metamorphic mechanism. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first of all, This paper introduces the constraint forms of constrained metamorphic pairs, which include: geometric constraints, resistance constraints, combination constraints, classification of constrained metamorphic pairs, which are divided into geometric constraint pairs of metamorphic motion pairs according to the form of constraints. Drag constrained metamorphic pair and combinatorial constrained pair of metamorphic motion pairs are designed to describe the resistance characteristics of different types of metamorphic pairs. On this basis, the typical space variant pair is introduced, and its resistance characteristics are described. Secondly, the whole process of metamorphosis of constrained metamorphic mechanism is analyzed, and the switching process of constrained pair of metamorphic motion pairs in structural transformation is represented by motion cycle graph, and how the pair of metamorphic motion pairs is equivalent in the process of structural transformation is analyzed. The equivalent resistance gradient model and control mechanism are established. The equivalent resistance gradient curve is used to describe the equivalent process of the metamorphic pair in the process of structural transformation. Finally, based on the analysis of the principle of the metamorphic mechanism of the extended Assur rod group, a metamorphic mechanism analysis method is proposed, in which the extended Assur bar group is equivalent to the Assur bar group in the process of structural state preservation, and the dynamics and kinematics of the mechanism are analyzed. Based on the dynamic static analysis of Assur bar group, a method of analyzing metamorphic motion pair for the whole process of metamorphic cell is put forward. The design of metamorphic motion pair oriented to the whole process of metamorphic cell is carried out by using vc6.0 to transfer the basic bar group program to design the metamorphic motion pair for the whole process of metamorphic cell. According to the equivalent resistance gradient model and the design principle of the metamorphic kinematic pair for the whole process of metamorphic cell, the material transport mechanism is designed, and the resistance characteristics between the variable cell motion pairs are designed, and the kinematics simulation is carried out by establishing a three-dimensional model. The equivalent resistance gradient relationship between constrained metamorphic pairs was verified and the feasibility of the method was verified.
