斜缸斜盤柱塞泵參數(shù)化設計

【摘要】:斜缸斜盤柱塞泵是軸向柱塞泵的一種,與普通的軸向柱塞泵相比,在結構上泵柱塞軸線不是與缸體中心線平行,而是形成了一定的錐角。斜缸斜盤柱塞泵除了具有普通軸向柱塞泵的優(yōu)點外,其這種結構有利于增大泵的幾何排量以及降低配流面的pv(p為壓力,v為線速度)值,同時有助于提高泵的工作時的額定轉(zhuǎn)速。 文中通過對斜缸斜盤柱塞泵理論的研究,結合生產(chǎn)廠家實際生產(chǎn)中的設計、制造經(jīng)驗,利用Automation Gateway插件作為橋梁,基于Pro/ENGINEER進行參數(shù)化設計。設計出一套集計算、設計、分析及建模為一體的斜缸斜盤柱塞泵參數(shù)化設計系統(tǒng),并且使該系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)如下的功能: (1)斜缸斜盤柱塞泵的理論數(shù)據(jù)計算及查詢; (2)斜缸斜盤柱塞泵的整體設計及檢驗; (3)主要零件的參數(shù)化設計; (4)主要零部件的有限元分析; 對斜缸斜盤柱塞泵的主要零件進行理論計算,確定其各個尺寸之間的約束關系,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為Pro/ENGINEER內(nèi)部參數(shù),進行參數(shù)化設計。利用VB制做操作界面,與Automation Gateway軟件相連接,調(diào)用Pro/ENGINEER內(nèi)部函數(shù)對系統(tǒng)進行集成。用戶可以利用該系統(tǒng)快速的設計出新的柱塞泵,同時也可以對一些已有泵的尺寸進行查詢、分析、改進等。 通過參數(shù)化設計系統(tǒng)的建立,將參數(shù)化設計合理的應用到整個設計過程中,便于修改和計算?梢杂行У目s短設計時間,提高生產(chǎn)率。對于柱塞泵結構和性能的改進有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The inclined cylinder plunger pump is a kind of axial piston pump. Compared with the ordinary axial piston pump, the piston axis of the pump is not parallel to the center line of the cylinder body, but forms a certain cone angle. In addition to the advantages of the conventional axial piston pump, this kind of structure is beneficial to increase the geometric displacement of the pump and to reduce the pv (p value of the flow distribution surface, which is the pressure v as the linear velocity, and also helps to increase the rated speed of the pump. In this paper, through the research on the theory of oblique cylinder inclined disk piston pump, combined with the design and manufacturing experience of the manufacturer in actual production, the parametric design based on Pro/ENGINEER is carried out by using Automation Gateway plug-in as a bridge. A parameterized design system of inclined disk piston pump is designed, which integrates calculation, design, analysis and modeling, and the main functions of the system are as follows: (1) theoretical data calculation and query of inclined cylinder piston pump; (2) integral design and inspection of oblique cylinder inclined disk piston pump; (3) parametric design of main parts; (4) finite element analysis of main parts; In this paper, the main parts of inclined cylinder piston pump are calculated theoretically, and the constraint relations between different dimensions are determined, and the parameters are transformed into Pro/ENGINEER internal parameters for parameterized design. VB is used to make the operating interface, which is connected with the Automation Gateway software, and the system is integrated by calling the Pro/ENGINEER inner function. The new piston pump can be designed quickly by the system, and the size of some existing pumps can be queried, analyzed, improved and so on. Through the establishment of the parameterized design system, the parameterized design is reasonably applied to the whole design process, which is easy to modify and calculate. Can effectively shorten the design time, improve productivity. It is of great significance to improve the structure and performance of piston pump.
