面向可重構(gòu)制造系統(tǒng)的多軸箱智能化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來,制造業(yè)單純靠傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)制造方法已經(jīng)無法滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的用戶需求,多樣、快速化的產(chǎn)品要求已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前工業(yè)化的發(fā)展潮流,而可重構(gòu)制造模式的興起在很大程度上順應(yīng)了這種要求,通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)服務(wù)以及其他物質(zhì)流、信息流的重構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的多樣、敏捷化生產(chǎn)。 如今,專家系統(tǒng)這一智能領(lǐng)域的最新成就在機(jī)械制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用發(fā)展日益呈現(xiàn)出增長(zhǎng)的勢(shì)頭,通過對(duì)專家系統(tǒng)中知識(shí)庫和推理機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)隨著機(jī)械現(xiàn)代化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為智能化傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展提供了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的后盾支持。本論文針對(duì)可重構(gòu)機(jī)床的主要部件多軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的智能化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的研究,著重介紹了智能化系統(tǒng)中專家系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成和設(shè)計(jì)理論,并且基于智能化設(shè)計(jì)理論開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,,主要針對(duì)多軸箱數(shù)據(jù)、主軸參數(shù)計(jì)算、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)排列以及最后的三維造型設(shè)計(jì)做了智能化軟件的開發(fā),通過建立知識(shí)庫、推理機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能化主體的設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)AutoCAD、CATIA等軟件的二次開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)多軸箱的整體造型的功能設(shè)計(jì)。 本智能化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)針對(duì)多軸箱設(shè)計(jì)過程中的流程進(jìn)行了人工智能化的探索.主要研究了多軸箱專家系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)庫設(shè)計(jì)、推理機(jī)制和控制策略,詳細(xì)介紹了主軸信息參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)模塊、傳動(dòng)軸坐標(biāo)計(jì)算模塊、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)模塊、干涉信息獲取模塊、三大部件校核模塊以及最后的整體仿真技術(shù),并且采用了可視化的開發(fā)手段建立友好用戶見面,對(duì)多軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)智能化設(shè)計(jì)以及可重構(gòu)制造模式的智能化進(jìn)程具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the increasing needs of users by relying solely on the traditional design and manufacturing methods. The diversified and rapid product requirements have become the current trend of industrialization development. However, the rise of reconfigurable manufacturing mode meets this requirement to a great extent. By reconfiguration of production equipment, production service, other material flow and information flow, the products are diversified and agile. Nowadays, expert system, the latest achievement in the field of intelligence, has shown a growing trend in the application and development of mechanical manufacturing industry. Through the design of knowledge base and inference machine in expert system, the design of multi-axle box transmission system can be realized. At the same time, with the development of modern mechanical design technology, it provides strong backing for the development of intelligent transmission system. In this paper, the intelligent design of multi-axle box transmission system, which is the main component of reconfigurable machine tool, is studied, and the structure and design theory of expert system in intelligent system are introduced. Based on the theory of intelligent design, the corresponding design software of transmission system is developed, which is mainly aimed at the data of multi-axle box, the calculation of spindle parameters, the arrangement of transmission system and the final three-dimensional modeling design. Through the establishment of knowledge base, the reasoning machine realizes the design of the intelligent subject, and the function design of the integral modeling of the multi-axle box is realized by the secondary development of the software such as AutoCAD and CATIA. The intelligent design system has carried on the artificial intelligent exploration to the process of the multi-axle box design, mainly studied the knowledge base design, the reasoning mechanism and the control strategy of the multi-axle box expert system. The main axis information parameter design module, transmission shaft coordinate calculation module, transmission system design module, interference information acquisition module, three parts checking module and the final overall simulation technology are introduced in detail. And the visual development method is used to establish friendly user meeting, which has reference value for intelligent design of multi-axle box transmission system and intelligent process of reconfigurable manufacturing mode.
