面向可重構制造系統(tǒng)的多軸箱智能化設計

【摘要】:隨著信息化時代的到來,制造業(yè)單純靠傳統(tǒng)的設計制造方法已經(jīng)無法滿足日益增長的用戶需求,多樣、快速化的產(chǎn)品要求已經(jīng)成為當前工業(yè)化的發(fā)展潮流,而可重構制造模式的興起在很大程度上順應了這種要求,通過對生產(chǎn)設備、生產(chǎn)服務以及其他物質(zhì)流、信息流的重構來實現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品的多樣、敏捷化生產(chǎn)。 如今,專家系統(tǒng)這一智能領域的最新成就在機械制造業(yè)的應用發(fā)展日益呈現(xiàn)出增長的勢頭,通過對專家系統(tǒng)中知識庫和推理機的設計從而實現(xiàn)對多軸箱傳動系統(tǒng)的設計,同時隨著機械現(xiàn)代化設計技術的發(fā)展,為智能化傳動系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展提供了堅強的后盾支持。本論文針對可重構機床的主要部件多軸箱傳動系統(tǒng)的智能化設計進行了相應的研究,著重介紹了智能化系統(tǒng)中專家系統(tǒng)的構成和設計理論,并且基于智能化設計理論開發(fā)了相應的傳動系統(tǒng)設計軟件,,主要針對多軸箱數(shù)據(jù)、主軸參數(shù)計算、傳動系統(tǒng)排列以及最后的三維造型設計做了智能化軟件的開發(fā),通過建立知識庫、推理機實現(xiàn)了智能化主體的設計,通過對AutoCAD、CATIA等軟件的二次開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了對多軸箱的整體造型的功能設計。 本智能化設計系統(tǒng)針對多軸箱設計過程中的流程進行了人工智能化的探索.主要研究了多軸箱專家系統(tǒng)的知識庫設計、推理機制和控制策略,詳細介紹了主軸信息參數(shù)設計模塊、傳動軸坐標計算模塊、傳動系統(tǒng)設計模塊、干涉信息獲取模塊、三大部件校核模塊以及最后的整體仿真技術,并且采用了可視化的開發(fā)手段建立友好用戶見面,對多軸箱傳動系統(tǒng)智能化設計以及可重構制造模式的智能化進程具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the increasing needs of users by relying solely on the traditional design and manufacturing methods. The diversified and rapid product requirements have become the current trend of industrialization development. However, the rise of reconfigurable manufacturing mode meets this requirement to a great extent. By reconfiguration of production equipment, production service, other material flow and information flow, the products are diversified and agile. Nowadays, expert system, the latest achievement in the field of intelligence, has shown a growing trend in the application and development of mechanical manufacturing industry. Through the design of knowledge base and inference machine in expert system, the design of multi-axle box transmission system can be realized. At the same time, with the development of modern mechanical design technology, it provides strong backing for the development of intelligent transmission system. In this paper, the intelligent design of multi-axle box transmission system, which is the main component of reconfigurable machine tool, is studied, and the structure and design theory of expert system in intelligent system are introduced. Based on the theory of intelligent design, the corresponding design software of transmission system is developed, which is mainly aimed at the data of multi-axle box, the calculation of spindle parameters, the arrangement of transmission system and the final three-dimensional modeling design. Through the establishment of knowledge base, the reasoning machine realizes the design of the intelligent subject, and the function design of the integral modeling of the multi-axle box is realized by the secondary development of the software such as AutoCAD and CATIA. The intelligent design system has carried on the artificial intelligent exploration to the process of the multi-axle box design, mainly studied the knowledge base design, the reasoning mechanism and the control strategy of the multi-axle box expert system. The main axis information parameter design module, transmission shaft coordinate calculation module, transmission system design module, interference information acquisition module, three parts checking module and the final overall simulation technology are introduced in detail. And the visual development method is used to establish friendly user meeting, which has reference value for intelligent design of multi-axle box transmission system and intelligent process of reconfigurable manufacturing mode.
