基于EDEM的垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)性能參數(shù)仿真研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械是指用來(lái)輸送大宗散體物料或成件物品的輸送設(shè)備。其廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)生產(chǎn)部門和物資流通中。連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械可以減輕人們繁重的體力勞動(dòng),提高作業(yè)效率,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械自動(dòng)化。螺旋輸送機(jī)作為一種連續(xù)輸送機(jī)械,已成為眾多工藝流程中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備或重要的輔助設(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)行業(yè)。 垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)用來(lái)向上輸送散體物料,本文通過(guò)對(duì)散體性能的研究和垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)輸送機(jī)理的分析,得出影響垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)輸送效率的因素主要包括散體物料的特性、填充系數(shù)、螺距、螺旋的轉(zhuǎn)速等。以離散單元法為依據(jù),應(yīng)用顆粒仿真軟件EDEM,通過(guò)導(dǎo)入垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)的三維模型,在EDEM內(nèi)建立散體顆粒的真實(shí)模型,通過(guò)改變垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速、散體物料的填充系數(shù)等來(lái)對(duì)散體物料在垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)中的輸送狀態(tài)進(jìn)行模擬仿真,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果得出垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)輸送散體物料時(shí),應(yīng)根據(jù)散體物料的特性來(lái)設(shè)定填充系數(shù)并配以適當(dāng)?shù)穆菪D(zhuǎn)速,從而使垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)具有高的輸送效率和低的能源消耗。
[Abstract]:Continuous conveying machinery refers to the conveying equipment used to transport bulk materials or components. It is widely used in various production departments and material circulation of the national economy. Continuous conveying machinery can lighten people's heavy physical labor, improve working efficiency and realize mechanical automation easily. As a kind of continuous conveying machine, spiral conveyor has become the key equipment or important auxiliary equipment in many technological processes. It is widely used in various industries of Yu Guomin production. Filling coefficient, pitch, screw speed, etc. On the basis of discrete element method, the particle simulation software EDEM is used to establish the real model of granular particles in EDEM by introducing the three-dimensional model of vertical spiral conveyor, and the speed of vertical spiral conveyor is changed by changing the speed of the model. The filling coefficient of the bulk material is used to simulate the conveying state of the bulk material in the vertical screw conveyor, and the simulation results are analyzed. According to the simulation results, it is concluded that the filling coefficient should be set according to the characteristics of the bulk material and the proper screw speed should be set when the vertical screw conveyer conveys the bulk material, so that the vertical screw conveyer has high conveying efficiency and low energy consumption.
