換能器參數(shù)自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置設(shè)計(jì)及軟件開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,,對(duì)海洋的開發(fā)利用越來越多。作為海洋開發(fā)的有利工具,聲納也越來越為人們所重視。一部聲納性能的好壞與水聲換能器性能直接相關(guān),因此換能器參數(shù)測(cè)量顯得尤為重要。 換能器參數(shù)自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置是一套可以自動(dòng)測(cè)量換能器參數(shù)的裝置,其設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是使該測(cè)量裝置具備便于操作、工作穩(wěn)定可靠、測(cè)量精度和測(cè)量自動(dòng)化水平高等特點(diǎn),能自動(dòng)完成換能器發(fā)送電壓響應(yīng)等的測(cè)量。 整個(gè)自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思路,由硬件和軟件兩個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。硬件平臺(tái)以浮點(diǎn)DSP TMS320F28335為核心,具備掃頻信號(hào)發(fā)射、A/D采集和通過串口與計(jì)算機(jī)通信的能力。軟件部分包括:(1)利用Visual C++開發(fā),在計(jì)算機(jī)上運(yùn)行的顯控軟件,其功能包括測(cè)量參數(shù)設(shè)置,測(cè)量裝置運(yùn)行狀態(tài)顯示與控制,測(cè)量結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)顯示、自動(dòng)保存、打印等;(2)在CCS環(huán)境下開發(fā)的DSP軟件程序,其功能包括對(duì)DDS、A/D的控制和對(duì)所采集數(shù)據(jù)的處理。測(cè)量裝置能夠根據(jù)顯控軟件設(shè)置,自動(dòng)進(jìn)行參數(shù)測(cè)量,并將測(cè)量結(jié)果回傳到上位機(jī)。測(cè)量裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的自動(dòng)測(cè)量項(xiàng)目包括:換能器發(fā)送電壓響應(yīng)、空間指向性以及聲學(xué)環(huán)境信噪比等。此外,顯控還包括自動(dòng)屏幕截圖、Word報(bào)表生成、打印控制和錯(cuò)誤提示等功能。自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置的一系列測(cè)量過程能夠全自動(dòng)進(jìn)行,在保證測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確的前提下,減輕了操作人員的工作量,提高了工作效率。 經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)時(shí)間實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試和多次水池試驗(yàn),證明了自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,測(cè)量結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in China, more and more exploitation and utilization of the ocean are used. As a favorable tool for marine development, sonar is becoming more and more important. The performance of a sonar is directly related to the performance of the underwater acoustic transducer, so the measurement of the transducer parameters is especially important.
The automatic measuring device for transducer parameters is a set of devices that can automatically measure the parameters of the transducer. The design goal is to make the measuring device easy to operate, work stable and reliable, the measurement precision and the level of automation are high, and can automatically measure the transmission voltage response of the transducer.
The whole automatic measuring device is composed of two parts of hardware and software. The hardware platform is based on the floating point DSP TMS320F28335. It has the capability of frequency sweep signal transmitting, A/D collection and communication with the computer through serial port. The software part includes: (1) the display and control software that is developed by Visual C++ and running on the computer, Its function includes measurement parameter setting, measurement device running state display and control, measurement result data display, auto save, print and so on; (2) DSP software program developed in CCS environment, its function includes control of DDS, A/D and processing of collected data. Measurement device can automatically measure parameters according to the display control software The measuring results are returned to the upper computer. The automatic measurement items that can be realized by the measuring device include the transducer transmission voltage response, the spatial directivity and the acoustic environment signal to noise ratio. In addition, the display control also includes automatic screen screenshot, Word report generation, print control and error prompting. The process can be carried out automatically. Under the premise of accurate measurement, the workload of the operator is reduced and the work efficiency is improved.
After a long time laboratory test and several tank tests, it is proved that the operation of the automatic measuring device is stable and reliable, the result of the measurement is accurate, and all the technical indexes have reached the design requirements.
