嵌入式以太網(wǎng)精確時鐘同步技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的今天,越來越多的測控系統(tǒng)都建立在分布式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中,并需要高精度的時鐘同步技術(shù)為其提供支持。嵌入式以太網(wǎng)通信及時鐘同步技術(shù)作為一種應(yīng)用于工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的高效通信與精確測量技術(shù),在分布式系統(tǒng)的精確測量方面起到至關(guān)重要的作用。本文研究了基于IEEE1588精確時鐘同步協(xié)議的嵌入式以太網(wǎng)通信應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),用以實現(xiàn)高精度的時鐘同步性能。本文主要完成了以下工作: 1、給出了時鐘同步系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計方案,包括硬件時間戳的實現(xiàn)、主控模塊和以太網(wǎng)通信模塊的設(shè)計以及GPS授時模塊的設(shè)計; 2、設(shè)計了與硬件系統(tǒng)相對應(yīng)的嵌入式以太網(wǎng)時鐘同步軟件系統(tǒng),并分層介紹了軟件架構(gòu),,實現(xiàn)了LwIP協(xié)議棧的移植; 3、搭建了時鐘同步系統(tǒng)測試平臺,對系統(tǒng)以太網(wǎng)通信各項性能進行了測試評估,并對時鐘同步系統(tǒng)進行了三項時鐘同步實驗,實驗結(jié)果顯示本系統(tǒng)時鐘同步精度能達到亞微秒級。 本文主要設(shè)計了嵌入式以太網(wǎng)時鐘同步硬件平臺,并進行了相關(guān)的軟件開發(fā)和實驗測試。最終,在對本平臺的時鐘同步實驗中顯示本時鐘同步系統(tǒng)具備了亞微秒級的高精度時鐘同步性能,達到了本課題的既定目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, more and more measurement and control systems are built in the distributed network environment and need to be supported by high precision clock synchronization technology. The embedded Ethernet communication and clock synchronization technology, as an efficient communication and accurate measurement technology applied in the industrial field, plays an important role in the accurate measurement of distributed systems. In this paper, an embedded Ethernet communication application system based on IEEE 1588 precise clock synchronization protocol is studied to achieve high precision clock synchronization performance. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The hardware design scheme of clock synchronization system is given, including the implementation of hardware timestamp, the design of main control module and Ethernet communication module, and the design of GPS timing module; 2. The embedded Ethernet clock synchronization software system corresponding to the hardware system is designed, and the software architecture is introduced, which realizes the transplantation of the LwIP protocol stack. 3, the clock synchronization system testing platform is built. The performance of Ethernet communication is tested and evaluated, and three clock synchronization experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the clock synchronization accuracy of the system can reach sub-microsecond level. This paper mainly designs the embedded Ethernet clock synchronization hardware platform, and carries on the related software development and the experiment test. Finally, in the experiment of clock synchronization on this platform, it is shown that the clock synchronization system has the performance of high precision clock synchronization in sub-microsecond order, and achieves the established goal of this subject.
