【摘要】：針對云計(jì)算環(huán)境中復(fù)雜的虛擬機(jī)正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài),提出將虛擬機(jī)運(yùn)行看成由硬軟件串聯(lián)的可修復(fù)系統(tǒng),用威布爾分布描述虛擬機(jī)硬軟件正常運(yùn)行的方法來建模緩解云計(jì)算高能耗問題。運(yùn)用半馬爾科夫過程刻畫虛擬機(jī)運(yùn)行過程、Laplace-Stielties變換簡化數(shù)值計(jì)算、Bayesian定理去除限制條件,構(gòu)建處理器利用率與能耗、性能的關(guān)系模型。再結(jié)合可修復(fù)系統(tǒng)壽命分布理論,調(diào)整虛擬機(jī)正常運(yùn)行的威布爾分布函數(shù),得到不同形狀參數(shù)下處理器運(yùn)行能耗以及給定任務(wù)完成時(shí)間,最終分析形狀參數(shù)、處理器利用率與能耗-性能隱含關(guān)系并給出有效降低處理器運(yùn)行能耗的合理化建議。數(shù)值分析表明:增大形狀參數(shù)比提高利用率更顯著降低處理器運(yùn)行能耗;優(yōu)化虛擬機(jī)配置使得形狀參數(shù)變大,可以明顯降低處理器運(yùn)行能耗,同時(shí)避免云系統(tǒng)性能過度損耗。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the normal running state of complex virtual machines in cloud computing environment, it is proposed that the virtual machine run as a repairable system in series of hardware and software. Using Weibull distribution to describe the normal operation of virtual machine hardware and software to model and alleviate the problem of high energy consumption in cloud computing. The semi-Markov process is used to describe the running process of virtual machine and the Laplace-Stielties transform is used to simplify the numerical calculation. The Bayesian theorem is used to remove the constraints and the model of the relationship between processor utilization and energy consumption and performance is constructed. Combined with the theory of life distribution of repairable system, the Weibull distribution function of virtual machine is adjusted to get the running energy consumption of processor and the completion time of given task under different shape parameters. Finally, the shape parameters are analyzed. The relationship between processor utilization and energy consumption-performance is implied and some reasonable suggestions for reducing processor running energy consumption are given. Numerical analysis shows that increasing the shape parameter can significantly reduce the running energy consumption of the processor than increasing the utilization ratio, and optimizing the configuration of the virtual machine will make the shape parameter larger, which can obviously reduce the running energy consumption of the processor and avoid the excessive loss of the performance of the cloud system.
