【摘要】：與傳統(tǒng)的公共機(jī)房管理模式相比,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的公共機(jī)房管理信息化系統(tǒng)、這種新型的公共機(jī)房管理模式有著巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)：通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),所有用戶(hù)的信息能夠在服務(wù)器上進(jìn)行集中管理,同時(shí)各類(lèi)海量的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)都能夠在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)信息流在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上快速流轉(zhuǎn),使得機(jī)房的信息能夠及時(shí)有效的上存下達(dá)；同時(shí),讓機(jī)房的設(shè)備信息以及用戶(hù)資金信息存儲(chǔ)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上,便于查詢(xún)歷史信息,以及對(duì)信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理與統(tǒng)計(jì),從而提高學(xué)院公共機(jī)房管理效率和質(zhì)量,便于公共機(jī)房管理規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化和自動(dòng)化。 因此,本文針對(duì)公共機(jī)房管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì),主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究成果包括以下幾個(gè)方面： 1.對(duì)公共機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)所涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、Web技術(shù)和UML建模技術(shù)。通過(guò)相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究,便于為本文的研究選擇合適的技術(shù)方案,為系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 2.對(duì)公共機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的用戶(hù)需求進(jìn)行全面和系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研,包括系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,系統(tǒng)的用戶(hù)角色,系統(tǒng)的功能用例,系統(tǒng)的功能性需求,系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)需求,系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求和系統(tǒng)的可行性等幾個(gè)方面。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)需求的分析,能夠明確論文研究的目標(biāo)和方向,從而為后續(xù)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了依據(jù)。 3.對(duì)公共機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路和方法進(jìn)行研究,包括系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)的軟件層次設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊的定義以及系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等幾個(gè)方面。在設(shè)計(jì)上采用自頂而下的設(shè)計(jì)方法,從系統(tǒng)的總體功能需求出發(fā),從功能的角度將系統(tǒng)劃分成若干個(gè)功能模塊,同時(shí)從業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的角度劃分成若干個(gè)軟件層次；然后在對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)技術(shù)方案的設(shè)計(jì),為后續(xù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了途徑。 4.對(duì)公共機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。在實(shí)現(xiàn)上采用自底而上的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,根據(jù)前面的功能模塊的劃分,從各個(gè)功能模塊入手,進(jìn)行單模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn),然后將各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行集成,從而形成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)。這一系統(tǒng)能夠面向集寧師范學(xué)院的所有機(jī)房進(jìn)行直接部署和使用,從而解決單位公共機(jī)房管理信息化發(fā)展的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。同時(shí)本文所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)具有一定的普適性,能夠滿(mǎn)足大部分類(lèi)似的高校的需求,具有較大的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional management mode of public computer room, this paper designs the information system of public computer room management, this new management mode of public computer room has great advantages: through computer technology and network technology, The information of all users can be managed centrally on the server. At the same time, all kinds of massive business data can be stored in the database. So that the computer room information can be stored in time and effectively; at the same time, the equipment information and user capital information of the computer room can be stored in the database, which is convenient to query historical information, and to organize and statistics the information data. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of public computer room management, facilitate the standardization, refinement and automation of public computer room management. Therefore, this paper carries on the research and the design to the public computer room management information system, the main research content and the research result includes the following several aspects: 1. This paper studies the related technologies involved in the development of public computer room management system, including database technology, Web technology and UML modeling technology. Through the research of related technology, it is convenient to select the appropriate technical scheme for the research of this paper, and lay the foundation for the design and implementation of the system. 2. A comprehensive and systematic investigation is carried out on the user requirements of the public computer room management system, including the business process of the system, the user role of the system, the functional use cases of the system, the functional requirements of the system, and the database requirements of the system. The non-functional requirements of the system and the feasibility of the system and other aspects. Through the analysis of the system requirements, the research goal and direction of the paper can be clearly defined, thus providing the basis for the subsequent system design and implementation. 3. This paper studies the design ideas and methods of the public computer room management system, including the overall architecture design of the system, the software hierarchy design of the system, the definition of each functional module of the system and the database design of the system. In the design, the system is divided into several functional modules from the point of view of function and several software levels from the point of view of business logic, starting from the overall functional requirements of the system and adopting the top-down design method. Then the further design of each functional module is carried out. Through the design of the technical scheme, it provides a way for the subsequent implementation. 4. The public computer room management system is implemented. According to the partition of the previous functional modules, the realization of single module is carried out from each functional module, and then each functional module is integrated to form the whole system. This system can be directly deployed and used for all the computer rooms in Jining normal College, thus solving the practical problem of the development of the management information of the unit's public computer room. At the same time, the system designed in this paper has a certain universality, which can meet the needs of most similar colleges and universities, and has great practical significance.
