基于原位觀察的H13鋼中液析碳化物高溫行為研究

【摘要】:使用原位觀察方法研究了不同凝固條件H13鋼鑄錠樣品中液析碳化物的高溫行為.實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)連鑄錠及電渣錠兩種樣品在所研究的枝晶間存在明顯的合金元素偏析,其中Cr、Mo、V、C的偏析較為明顯,液析碳化物存在于凝固枝晶間偏析最嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域,成分為V、Mo、Cr、Ti的液析碳化物.連鑄錠及電渣錠兩種樣品分別在1200℃及1250℃圍繞液析碳化物周圍出現(xiàn)局部液相,理論計算的局部液相出現(xiàn)溫度與實驗觀察到的接近;隨著溫度的升高,局部液相范圍擴大,與電渣錠相比,加熱至相同溫度時,連鑄錠液析碳化物周圍的局部液相范圍更大.液析碳化物周圍局部液相的出現(xiàn)加快了枝晶間合金元素的擴散,對液析碳化物的高溫行為具有重要影響.
[Abstract]:In situ observation method was used to study the high temperature behavior of liquid carbides in ingot samples of H13 steel under different solidification conditions. It was found that the alloy element segregation was obvious between the dendrite and the electroslag ingot. The segregation of Cr _ (Mo) O _ (V) C was obvious, and the liquid carbide existed in the region where the segregation between the dendrites was the most serious. The composition is the liquid carbides of V _ (Mo) Mo _ (Cr) Ti. Two kinds of samples, continuous ingot and electroslag ingot, appeared local liquid phase around 1200 鈩,
