臥式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)的研制

【摘要】:螺母作為機(jī)械設(shè)備主要連接零部件之一,依靠其優(yōu)秀的機(jī)械特性,廣泛的應(yīng)用于各類機(jī)械設(shè)備中。因此對(duì)螺母使用性能進(jìn)行檢測顯得尤為重要。對(duì)目前螺紋檢測設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在檢測效率低、檢測成本高等問題,難以滿足螺母出口企業(yè)的批量全檢要求。因此有必要研制一臺(tái)適用性強(qiáng)、效率高、成本低的螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測設(shè)備。首先,根據(jù)選定的接觸式綜合測量法以及制定的設(shè)備技術(shù)指標(biāo),本文提出立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,采用模塊化思想將設(shè)計(jì)方案分為機(jī)架總成、檢測平臺(tái)總成和螺母移動(dòng)定位總成等,對(duì)各組成部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)合理性。樣機(jī)完成后進(jìn)行樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。針對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出解決方案,并對(duì)立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行總結(jié)。然后,針對(duì)立式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)后出現(xiàn)的問題,提出臥式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用模塊化思想將設(shè)計(jì)方案分為機(jī)架總成、移動(dòng)總成、檢測平臺(tái)總成、上料總成和分揀總成等,并對(duì)主要零部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與選型計(jì)算。其中設(shè)計(jì)的雙向?qū)U式離合器通過與齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)配合,實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)伺服電機(jī)同時(shí)控制四個(gè)檢測工位。最后,為驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)方案的可靠性和安全性,對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行建模和虛擬裝配,并對(duì)重要的零件進(jìn)行有限元分析。同時(shí)參與完成臥式螺母內(nèi)螺紋檢測機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的需求分析、方案設(shè)計(jì)、工作流程制定等工作。
[Abstract]:As one of the main parts of the mechanical equipment, nut is widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment depending on its excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, it is very important to detect the performance of nuts. Investigation and Research on the current thread detection equipment have found that there is a low detection efficiency and high detection cost, and it is difficult to meet the nut. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a screw thread testing equipment with strong applicability, high efficiency and low cost. First, according to the selected contact comprehensive measurement method and the set of equipment technical indexes, the overall design scheme of the vertical nut internal thread testing machine is proposed in this paper, and the design of the modular idea will be adopted. The scheme is divided into the frame assembly, the detection platform assembly and the nut moving and positioning assembly. The design and calculation of the components are designed to verify the rationality of the design. After the prototype is completed, the prototype experiment is carried out and the experimental data are analyzed and summarized. The solutions are proposed for the problems in the experimental process, and the vertical nut inner thread testing machine is designed. The scheme is summarized. Then, in view of the problems of the vertical nut inner thread testing machine, the overall design scheme of the horizontal nut internal thread testing machine is proposed. The design scheme is divided into the frame assembly, the mobile assembly, the inspection platform assembly, the assembly and the sorting assembly, and the design and design of the main parts and components. The two-way guide rod clutch is designed to realize a servo motor and control four detection stations at the same time by cooperating with the gear structure. Finally, in order to verify the reliability and safety of the design scheme, the equipment is modeled and assembled, and the important parts are analyzed by finite element analysis.
