【摘要】:螺栓結(jié)合部是機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用最普遍的固定結(jié)合部之一,直接影響著機(jī)床整機(jī)性能。應(yīng)用有限元軟件分析機(jī)床整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)性能時,為了保證計算精度,需要精細(xì)劃分螺栓結(jié)合部網(wǎng)格,導(dǎo)致計算規(guī)模大、耗時,因此探索簡單有效的機(jī)床螺栓結(jié)合部有限元模型的處理方法具有重要意義;趯嶒灚@取結(jié)合面基礎(chǔ)特性參數(shù),通過解析方法得到螺栓結(jié)合部中每個單元螺栓結(jié)合部的六項剛度,然后基于剛度等效原則將每個單元螺栓結(jié)合部等效成對稱分布的四個彈簧單元,給出了等效彈簧剛度及位置的計算方法,在機(jī)床整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析時,以等效彈簧單元代替單元螺栓結(jié)合部,直接將其等效剛度代入有限元模型求解,可大大簡化有限元計算模型。實驗驗證該等效方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:Bolt joint is one of the most common fixed joints used in machine tool structure, which directly affects the performance of machine tool.When the finite element software is used to analyze the structural performance of the machine tool, in order to ensure the accuracy of the calculation, it is necessary to divide the mesh of the bolt joint in detail, which results in the large scale and time consuming of the calculation.Therefore, it is of great significance to explore a simple and effective finite element model for bolt joint of machine tool.Based on the experimental results, the basic characteristic parameters of the joint surface are obtained, and the six items of stiffness of each unit bolt joint in the bolt joint are obtained by analytical method.Then, based on the principle of stiffness equivalence, each element bolt joint is equivalent to four spring elements with symmetrical distribution, and the calculation method of equivalent spring stiffness and position is given. When the machine tool structure is analyzed by finite element method,The equivalent spring element is used to replace the element bolt joint, and its equivalent stiffness is directly replaced by the finite element model, which can greatly simplify the finite element model.The experimental results show that the equivalent method is feasible.
