同步帶屬性對某型拋光機振動特性的影響

【摘要】:液動壓懸浮拋光機要求拋光間隙極小以形成拋光液液膜,拋光機微小的振動都可能會對加工造成極大影響;赪orkbench仿真平臺,數(shù)值模擬了同步帶的不同屬性對拋光機振動特性的影響。運動分析得出影響同步帶橫向振動的參數(shù);以此為因素構建正交試驗,并進行不同因素及水平下的仿真;衡量各因素對拋光機振動特性的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)材料屬性對振動特性影響最大,帶寬次之,張緊力最小,并結合實際情況得出最佳組合,有效提高了拋光機的穩(wěn)定性,實現(xiàn)了結構的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Hydrodynamic pressure suspension polishing machine requires a minimal polishing gap to form a polishing liquid film. The small vibration of the polishing machine may have a great impact on machining. Based on the Workbench simulation platform, The effects of different properties of synchronous belt on the vibration characteristics of polishing machine are numerically simulated. The parameters affecting the transverse vibration of synchronous belt are obtained by motion analysis, and the orthogonal test is constructed as a factor, and the simulation is carried out under different factors and levels. By measuring the influence of various factors on the vibration characteristics of the polishing machine, it is found that the material properties have the greatest influence on the vibration characteristics, the bandwidth is the second, and the tension force is the least, and the best combination is obtained according to the actual situation, which effectively improves the stability of the polishing machine. The structure is optimized.
