【摘要】:絲網(wǎng)除沫器廣泛應(yīng)用于熱法海水淡化裝置中,用來(lái)除去蒸汽中攜帶的海水液滴。如果除沫器不能有效的將液滴分離下來(lái),會(huì)造成蒸餾水品質(zhì)的下降和冷凝器中蒸汽走管內(nèi)的結(jié)垢與腐蝕。除沫效率和壓降是絲網(wǎng)除沫器的兩項(xiàng)重要的性能指標(biāo)。目前針對(duì)絲網(wǎng)除沫器性能進(jìn)行的研究仍然比較少。一部分研究者通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得除沫效率和壓降的半經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,還有一少部分研究者通過(guò)CFD模擬獲得計(jì)算絲網(wǎng)除沫器性能的有效模型。本文使用多孔介質(zhì)和交錯(cuò)矩陣兩種模型對(duì)絲網(wǎng)除沫器進(jìn)行建模,并深入分析了絲網(wǎng)除沫器性能的影響因素。絲網(wǎng)除沫器性能的研究對(duì)工程應(yīng)用有實(shí)際意義,首先除沫器的性能對(duì)海水淡化裝置的總傳熱面積影響很大,這與工廠的資本成本有著直接聯(lián)系。其次,除沫器的性能還會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品水水質(zhì),這也關(guān)乎工廠的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。另外,本文研究具有一定的創(chuàng)新性,有助于指導(dǎo)絲網(wǎng)除沫器性能的進(jìn)一步研究。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.首先將絲網(wǎng)除沫器假設(shè)為多孔介質(zhì),探討了氣體流速、網(wǎng)絲直徑、填充密度對(duì)干壓降的影響。 2.利用交錯(cuò)矩陣模型對(duì)不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)行條件下絲網(wǎng)除沫器的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,獲得網(wǎng)絲捕集效率和壓力梯度,從而可以計(jì)算出絲網(wǎng)除沫器的除沫效率和壓降。研究了絲網(wǎng)除沫器的網(wǎng)絲直徑、填充率、厚度對(duì)除沫效率的影響,以及斯托克斯數(shù)與網(wǎng)絲捕集效率的關(guān)系。另外,引入除沫器品質(zhì)來(lái)綜合評(píng)價(jià)不同結(jié)構(gòu)除沫器的性能。 3.基于響應(yīng)曲面法,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件Design-Expert得到除沫效率、壓降和除沫器品質(zhì)的預(yù)測(cè)模型,并根據(jù)響應(yīng)曲面和等高線圖對(duì)影響因子間的交互作用進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)。本文的預(yù)測(cè)模型可以直觀的反應(yīng)絲網(wǎng)除沫器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)行條件對(duì)除沫器性能的影響,并有助于絲網(wǎng)除沫器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Wire mesh demister is widely used in thermal seawater desalination device, used to remove steam carried in seawater droplets. If the demister can not effectively the separation of liquid drops down, will cause the steam distilled water quality decline and go in the condenser fouling and corrosion in pipe. The defoaming efficiency and the pressure drop is the screen in addition to the two important performance indicators. The eliminator performance of wire mist eliminators are still relatively small. Some researchers obtained through experiments in a semi empirical formula of foam efficiency and pressure drop, and a few researchers have calculated the effective model of wire network in addition to Mo performance by CFD simulation in this paper. The use of porous media and two kinds of matrix model staggered mesh demister model, and analyzes the factors affecting the performance of the screen. In addition to the performance of Mo Mo screen has practical significance for engineering application, first demister The performance has great influence on the total heat transfer area of the seawater desalination device, and the capital cost of the plant has a direct connection. Secondly, in addition to the impact of product performance will be water eliminator, which also relates to the operating costs of the factory. In addition, this paper has certain innovation, help to further study the guidance performance of the screen eliminator. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:
1. will be the first wire mesh demister is assumed to be porous media, discusses the gas flow rate, wire diameter, packing density of dry pressure drop.
2. using the alternate matrix model for different structural parameters and operating conditions in the internal flow field of screen entrainment was simulated to obtain mesh collection efficiency and pressure gradient, which can calculate the screen of demister efficiency and pressure drop of wire mesh demister mesh diameter, filling rate, thickness of effect of defoaming efficiency, as well as the relationship between the Stokes number and wire collection efficiency. In addition, the introduction of demister quality to evaluate the performance of the different structure of entrainment.
3. based on response surface method, analysis software Design-Expert obtained the defoaming efficiency by using statistics, pressure drop and demister quality prediction model, and according to the response surface and contour map of the interaction between factors is analyzed and evaluated. The prediction model can intuitively reflect the screen except structural parameters and operating conditions of the eliminator. In addition to the performance effects of entrainment, and contribute to the optimization design of wire mesh demister.
