【摘要】：正清華大學(xué)深圳研究生院海洋技術(shù)中心主任陳道毅教授、華東勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院海上風(fēng)電研發(fā)中心總工程師李煒以及DNV GL大中國區(qū)海事部海工總經(jīng)理亞丁分別代表各自公司簽署《海洋新能源利用與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議》2017年6月9日,DNV GL、清華大學(xué)深圳研究生院和華東勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院三方在深圳簽署了《海洋新能源利用與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議》。該協(xié)議的簽署旨在加強(qiáng)中國創(chuàng)新海洋能源概念的發(fā)展。該協(xié)議的實(shí)施將以具體項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ),第一個(gè)課題將是國內(nèi)首個(gè)浮式風(fēng)機(jī)基座的研發(fā)。DNV GL將貢獻(xiàn)其在海事、海工和可再生能源等方面的技術(shù)專長。
[Abstract]:Professor Chen Daoyi, Director of Marine Technology Center, Shenzhen Graduate School, Tsinghua University. Li Wei, chief engineer of offshore wind power R & D center, East China Survey and Design Research Institute, and DNV. On behalf of their respective companies, Aden, General Manager of Marine Engineering, Greater China Maritime Department, signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Utilization and Development of Marine New Energy on June 9th 2017. DNV GL. The Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University and the East China Institute of Survey and Design signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Utilization and Development of New Marine Energy in Shenzhen. The signing of the Agreement aims to strengthen China's innovative concept of marine energy. Development. Implementation of the agreement will be based on specific projects. The first topic will be the development of the first floating fan base in China. DNV GL will contribute its technical expertise in maritime, marine and renewable energy.
