基于ArcEngine的城市部件管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:"Urban component Management Information system" is based on urban component management and cell grid management and other relevant laws and regulations, the application of mobile communications technology, Internet technology, database technology, component development and other technologies, Comprehensive use of urban basic geographic data, cell grid data, geo-coded data, urban components and event data and other data resources, through the realization of urban management departments of information sharing, collaborative work, to 'urban management,' as a tool, To achieve real-time information collection, transmission, ensure the smooth flow of urban management, so as to achieve accurate, orderly, efficient, visual, full coverage, all-round urban management mode, to achieve the city's municipal engineering facilities, public facilities, city appearance, The integrated management system of grid supervision and management of city appearance and urban environmental order. On the basis of studying the present situation of digital city construction at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the theory and method of urban component management, taking Zibo Hi-tech Development Zone as an example, integrates the basic geographical data of this area and the survey data of urban components. The spatial database and business database of urban components are established according to social and economic data and special data, and the quality checking model of attribute data is established according to the characteristics of spatial location distribution and attributes of urban components. Based on the concept and framework of gridded digital urban management, taking ArcGIS Engine as the secondary development platform, C # as the development language, and SQLServer as the database management software, the urban component management information system which accords with the characteristics of the urban development of Zibo High-tech Zone is developed. The system realizes basic GIS functions, such as layer control, data input, output, query, measurement and so on; spatial analysis functions such as' shortest path analysis and buffer analysis; geographic coding, 3D browsing, real-time data updating, etc. Data maintenance and other extended functions. It enriches the theoretical system of digital city construction and has reference significance for the construction of digital city management in China.
