18mJ,100Hz飛秒鈦寶石激光放大器

【摘要】:采用環(huán)形腔再生放大及四通放大的兩級(jí)放大方案,在重復(fù)頻率100Hz、單脈沖能量75.1mJ的倍頻Nd:YAG激光抽運(yùn)下,通過(guò)啁啾脈沖放大飛秒鈦寶石激光,獲得了單脈沖能量25.4mJ的放大輸出,對(duì)應(yīng)能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率33.8%.經(jīng)光柵壓縮器補(bǔ)償色散后的單脈沖能量為18.3mJ,脈沖寬度為37.8 fs,對(duì)應(yīng)峰值功率0.48 TW.測(cè)量其脈沖能量穩(wěn)定性為3.6%,光束質(zhì)量M~2因子在X和Y方向上分別為1.8,1.6.
