耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊錫機(jī)及其焊接工藝的研究

【摘要】:隨著先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)耳機(jī)端子地自動(dòng)化焊接已成為一個(gè)必然的趨勢(shì)。焊錫機(jī)器人在工程實(shí)踐中能夠極大地改善人們的工作環(huán)境、提高焊接效率、節(jié)約企業(yè)成本、增加企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,本文以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,綜合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和電控設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)制造出耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊錫機(jī)物理樣機(jī),并基于A(yíng)nsys仿真技術(shù)及正交試驗(yàn),確定了耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊接的焊接工藝及焊接參數(shù)。首先,基于耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊錫機(jī)的功能要求和技術(shù)指標(biāo),分析了加工工序、基本流程及設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn),確定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。其次,根據(jù)耳機(jī)端子、漆包線(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了焊錫機(jī)的詳細(xì)方案設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵部分的計(jì)算、分析、可靠性試驗(yàn)等方法確定各個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方案,主要包括振動(dòng)送料模塊、旋轉(zhuǎn)識(shí)別模塊、自動(dòng)焊接模塊、焊接線(xiàn)前處理模塊等,從而完成整機(jī)模型的設(shè)計(jì),并最終完成物理樣機(jī)的制備。再次,將松下PLC和海泰克人機(jī)交互界面(觸摸屏)相結(jié)合,開(kāi)發(fā)出高效、高精度、穩(wěn)定性好的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),能夠滿(mǎn)足耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊接的控制要求。最后,通過(guò)將簡(jiǎn)化模型導(dǎo)入仿真分析軟件Ansys中,對(duì)關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行模擬仿真,為焊接過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的確定提供指導(dǎo);在仿真基礎(chǔ)之上,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)確定耳機(jī)端子自動(dòng)焊接的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。本文針對(duì)耳機(jī)端子開(kāi)發(fā)的自動(dòng)焊錫機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)內(nèi)該類(lèi)焊接設(shè)備從無(wú)到有的突破。該產(chǎn)品將有利于解決人工焊錫中所存在的產(chǎn)品一致性差、人力成本高、生產(chǎn)效率低等問(wèn)題,并為針對(duì)類(lèi)似于耳機(jī)端子的異形圓柱端子的自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備的開(kāi)發(fā)和焊接工藝的研究提供參考和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology, automatic welding of headphone terminals has become an inevitable trend. Solder robot can greatly improve people's working environment, improve welding efficiency, save enterprise cost and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in engineering practice. The physical prototype of the automatic soldering machine for headphone terminals was developed by integrating structural design and electronic control design. Based on the Ansys simulation technology and orthogonal test, the welding process and welding parameters of the automatic soldering of headphone terminals were determined. Firstly, based on the functional requirements and technical specifications of the automatic soldering machine for headphone terminals, the processing procedure, basic flow and design difficulties are analyzed, and the overall design scheme is determined. Secondly, according to the structure characteristics of earphone terminal and enamel wire, the detailed scheme design of soldering machine is carried out. Through the calculation, analysis and reliability test of the key parts, the design scheme of each module is determined, including vibration feeding module, rotation identification module, automatic welding module, welding line pre-processing module and so on. Thus, the design of the whole machine model and the final preparation of the physical prototype are completed. Thirdly, an automatic control system with high efficiency, high precision and good stability is developed by combining Panasonic PLC with Hetak human-computer interface (touch screen), which can meet the requirements of automatic welding of headphone terminals. Finally, the simplified model is introduced into the simulation analysis software Ansys, and the key parts are simulated and simulated to provide guidance for the determination of the key parameters in the welding process. The key parameters of automatic welding of earphone terminal are determined by orthogonal test. Based on the automatic soldering machine developed by headphone terminal, this paper has realized the breakthrough of this kind of welding equipment from nothing to existence in our country. This product will help to solve the problems of poor product consistency, high labor cost and low production efficiency in manual soldering. It also provides reference and guidance for the development of automatic welding equipment and welding technology for special-shaped cylindrical terminals similar to earphone terminals.
