飛秒激光加工全光纖馬赫澤德爾干涉儀的傳感特性研究

【摘要】:通過化學腐蝕輔助飛秒激光改性的方法,在普通單模光纖(SMF-28)上加工了一種V槽型全光纖馬赫澤德爾干涉儀(MZI)傳感器件。該器件具有良好的光譜特性,條紋可見度達到6dB;此外,還具有優(yōu)異的折射率和溫度傳感特性。當外界折射率在1.33~1.45變化時,線性擬合得到其靈敏度高達8 225nm/RIU,線性度高達0.997;在水中,當溫度由25℃變化到60℃時,其溫度靈敏度高達1.805nm/℃。研究表明,該傳感器結構緊湊,易于加工制造,并且具有極高的折射率靈敏度,特別適用于溶液折射率檢測。
[Abstract]:By chemical etching assisted femtosecond laser modification, a V-slot all-fiber (MZI) sensor was fabricated on ordinary single-mode fiber (SMF-28). The device has good spectral characteristics, fringe visibility up to 6 dB, in addition, it has excellent refractive index and temperature sensing characteristics.
