電子產(chǎn)品機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)電磁諧振特性及計(jì)算和抑制方法研究

【摘要】:隨著電子信息以及無(wú)線(xiàn)通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,電子產(chǎn)品得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用且日趨向高密度、高頻率、高集成度方向發(fā)展,使其極易受到電磁干擾。電磁屏蔽雖能夠在寬頻帶內(nèi)保證電子產(chǎn)品具有較高的屏蔽效能,但是一旦出現(xiàn)電磁諧振,諧振點(diǎn)處屏蔽效能就會(huì)急劇下降,造成嚴(yán)重的電磁泄露。因此,電磁諧振已經(jīng)成為影響電子產(chǎn)品工作性能的最重要的原因之一。本文以電子產(chǎn)品機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其電磁諧振特性及其抑制方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,主要包括以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:1)基于電磁波傳輸和散射原理,結(jié)合波導(dǎo)理論及諧振腔理論,分析三種不同諧振產(chǎn)生的原因、原理和基本規(guī)律,得到了相應(yīng)的諧振機(jī)理以及諧振發(fā)生條件,從而可以在理論上對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品的電磁諧振現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。2)對(duì)兩種廣泛應(yīng)用的電磁諧振分析和計(jì)算方法等效電路法和廣義網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)展。等效電路法方面,結(jié)合孔陣等效建模方法,改善了孔陣特性阻抗,提高了計(jì)算精度,并解決了等效電路法應(yīng)用時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)太靠近開(kāi)孔腔壁會(huì)導(dǎo)致誤差偏大的問(wèn)題。廣義網(wǎng)絡(luò)法方面,利用提出的創(chuàng)新性的模型通過(guò)廣義網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對(duì)三種諧振進(jìn)行了綜合和系統(tǒng)的研究,得到了諧振發(fā)生條件以及諧振機(jī)理,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合波導(dǎo)理論推導(dǎo)出了諧振頻率公式。3)通過(guò)三維電磁場(chǎng)仿真軟件CST進(jìn)行建模仿真,得到了腔體、縫隙以及孔陣各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品電磁諧振特性的影響規(guī)律,對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。并在此基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)IBM3550服務(wù)器機(jī)箱的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,改善了其諧振特性。4)簡(jiǎn)要介紹了電磁損耗材料的相關(guān)電磁參數(shù),然后結(jié)合電磁場(chǎng)傳輸以及微擾理論系統(tǒng)分析了其對(duì)電磁能量損耗以及諧振頻率的影響規(guī)律;通過(guò)建模仿真,得到了磁損耗材料的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)以及電磁參數(shù)的電磁諧振特性,然后通過(guò)在IBM3550服務(wù)器機(jī)箱內(nèi)壁貼裝磁損耗材料進(jìn)一步改善了其電磁諧振特性,達(dá)到了更好地抑制電磁諧振的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic information and wireless communication technology, electronic products have been widely used and increasingly developed to the direction of high density, high frequency and high integration, which makes them vulnerable to electromagnetic interference. Electromagnetic shielding can guarantee the high shielding efficiency of electronic products in a wide frequency band, but once electromagnetic resonance occurs, the shielding effectiveness at the resonance point will decrease sharply, resulting in serious electromagnetic leakage. Therefore, electromagnetic resonance has become one of the most important factors affecting the performance of electronic products. In this paper, the mechanical structure of electronic products is taken as the object of study. The electromagnetic resonance characteristics and their suppression methods are systematically studied, including the following contents: 1) based on the principle of electromagnetic wave transmission and scattering. Combined with waveguide theory and resonator theory, the causes, principles and basic laws of three kinds of resonance are analyzed, and the corresponding resonant mechanism and resonant conditions are obtained. Thus, the electromagnetic resonance phenomena of electronic products can be analyzed in theory. 2) two widely used electromagnetic resonance analysis and calculation methods, equivalent circuit method and generalized network method, are extended. In the aspect of equivalent circuit method, combined with the equivalent modeling method of the aperture array, the characteristic impedance of the aperture array is improved, the calculation accuracy is improved, and the problem that the monitoring point is too close to the wall of the open cavity can be solved when the equivalent circuit method is applied. In the aspect of generalized network method, three kinds of resonance are synthetically and systematically studied by using the proposed innovative model, and the conditions and mechanism of resonance are obtained. On this basis, the resonant frequency formula .3 is derived based on waveguide theory. The influence of cavity, slot and aperture array structure parameters on the electromagnetic resonance characteristics of electronic products is obtained by modeling and simulation using three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software CST. It has certain guiding significance for mechanical structure design of electronic products. On this basis, the structure optimization of IBM3550 server crate is realized, and its resonance characteristic is improved. (4) the electromagnetic parameters of electromagnetic loss material are introduced briefly. Then the influence law of electromagnetic energy loss and resonance frequency is analyzed by combining electromagnetic field transmission and perturbation theory. Through modeling and simulation, the structure parameters of magnetic loss material and electromagnetic resonance characteristics of electromagnetic parameters are obtained. Then the electromagnetic resonance characteristics are further improved by installing magnetic loss material into the inner wall of the IBM3550 server case, and the purpose of restraining the electromagnetic resonance is achieved.
