二次煅燒制備銪摻雜釔鋁石榴石粉體及其熒光性能

【摘要】:采用溶膠-凝膠法制備Eu~(3+)摻雜Y_3Al_5O_(12)的紅色熒光粉,以不同的溫度煅燒發(fā)現(xiàn),在700℃煅燒的樣品為非晶,已開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)熒光性能,到1000℃時(shí)出現(xiàn)Y_3Al_5O_(12)純相,隨著煅燒溫度的升高,樣品的結(jié)晶度變好,晶粒長(zhǎng)大,熒光強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng),但溫度達(dá)到1300℃時(shí),樣品的熒光強(qiáng)度稍有下降.對(duì)1000℃煅燒所得的樣品進(jìn)行低溫二次煅燒處理表明,處理后的樣品的物相和形貌無(wú)明顯變化,但晶粒排列更有序,Eu~(3+)更均勻的置換Y~(3+)格點(diǎn)位置,同時(shí)也減少了表面缺陷,使熒光性能有明顯增強(qiáng).
