柔性直流輸電系統(tǒng)中IGBT閥的故障診斷方法

【摘要】:基于兩電平VSC-HVDC系統(tǒng)拓撲圖,分析了IGBT閥開路故障時交流側(cè)三相電流的變化情況,得到了故障相電流直流分量的變化規(guī)律,進而研究了系統(tǒng)傳輸功率突變對三相交流電流基波分量相位的影響,從而提出一種運算簡便且快速的故障閥定位方法。該方法首先根據(jù)各相電流基波分量相位差判斷系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),在排除功率突變的前提下再以直流分量標幺值為診斷變量對故障元件進行定位。最后模擬系統(tǒng)潮流反轉(zhuǎn)后某IGBT閥發(fā)生失效開路故障的情況,利用所提出的方法進行故障診斷,結(jié)果表明該方法可快速準確的確定故障位置,并能避免因功率突變而引起的誤診問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the topology diagram of two-level VSC-HVDC system, the variation of AC side three-phase current during the open-circuit fault of IGBT valve is analyzed, and the variation law of DC component of fault phase current is obtained. Furthermore, the influence of the sudden change of system transmission power on the phase of three-phase AC current fundamental wave component is studied, and a simple and fast fault valve location method is proposed. The method first judges the system state according to the phase difference of each phase current fundamental wave component. On the premise of excluding the power mutation, the DC component is used as the diagnostic variable to locate the fault element. Finally, the failure open circuit fault of a IGBT valve after power flow reversal is simulated, and the fault diagnosis is carried out by using the proposed method. The results show that this method can quickly and accurately determine the fault location and avoid misdiagnosis caused by power mutation.
