基于用電信息采集的負(fù)荷特性分析方法及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今社會的快速發(fā)展,能源短缺問題是人們不得不面對的嚴(yán)峻問題,以傳統(tǒng)能源發(fā)電的電網(wǎng)模式將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。平衡調(diào)度電源與負(fù)荷可使電網(wǎng)變得互動化、智能化。 高級量測體系(Advanced Metering Infrastructure,AMI)是智能電網(wǎng)的核心基礎(chǔ)。用電信息采集系統(tǒng)是高級量測體系在我國發(fā)展的雛形。智能用電信息采集系統(tǒng)通過對用戶數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時采集,便于供電企業(yè)更好地掌握用戶的負(fù)荷情況和用電規(guī)律,提高負(fù)荷預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確性,服務(wù)于在我國能源戰(zhàn)略中有著舉足輕重作用的需求側(cè)管理,以此解決我國用電高峰的現(xiàn)象。情境感知(Context Awareness)技術(shù)在智能家庭中的應(yīng)用將不斷提高我們的生活質(zhì)量,為我們的做出行為決策提供強(qiáng)有力支持。 本文在此背景下,提出了一種基于用電信息采集的負(fù)荷特性分析方法,并將其應(yīng)用在負(fù)荷調(diào)度中。本文在用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,從居民用電負(fù)荷角度出發(fā),根據(jù)用電信息采集所得數(shù)據(jù),通過情景感知系統(tǒng)分析居民用電行為,從而可知居民在每個時間段內(nèi)居民使用用電設(shè)備的情況。將用電設(shè)備分為四類,在此分類的基礎(chǔ)上使用考慮基于分時電價的用電設(shè)備的負(fù)荷調(diào)度模型和算法進(jìn)行實(shí)際算例的需求響應(yīng)分析,并做了本算法與未經(jīng)調(diào)度情況下在節(jié)省電費(fèi)方面的比較。驗(yàn)證了本調(diào)度模型和算法在節(jié)省電費(fèi)花銷上具有明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of today's society, the problem of energy shortage is a severe problem that people have to face. The power grid mode of traditional energy generation will face new challenges. Balancing the power supply and load can make the power grid become interactive and intelligent. Advanced Metering Infrastructure Amis (Advanced Metering Infrastructure Amis) is the core of smart grid. It is convenient for power supply enterprises to better grasp the load situation and the law of power consumption, improve the accuracy of load forecasting, and serve the demand-side management, which plays an important role in the energy strategy of our country. The application of situational context Awareness (situational Awareness) technology in intelligent homes will improve our quality of life and provide strong support for us to make behavioral decisions. Under this background, this paper presents a load characteristic analysis method based on power information collection, and applies it to load dispatching. On the basis of power information acquisition system, this paper starts from the point of view of household electric load. According to the data collected from the electric information, the behavior of the residents using electricity is analyzed through the situational perception system, and the situation of the residents using the electric equipment in each time period is thus known. The electric equipment is divided into four categories. On the basis of this classification, a load dispatching model and algorithm based on time-sharing price are used to analyze the demand response of practical examples. The comparison between this algorithm and the unscheduled one is made, and it is verified that the scheduling model and the algorithm have obvious advantages in saving the cost of electricity.
