風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩與阻尼控制研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著大規(guī)模風(fēng)電接入電網(wǎng),以及大區(qū)電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)規(guī)模的急劇擴(kuò)大,低頻振蕩發(fā)生的概率也隨之加大。因此,研究提出一種風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩辨識(shí)方法與阻尼控制策略,輔助調(diào)度人員及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)電力系統(tǒng)中的低頻振蕩模式,提升電力系統(tǒng)的阻尼比,降低電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生低頻振蕩的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)前大電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文研究提出了一種風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩辨識(shí)方法與阻尼控制策略,并針對(duì)甘肅電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。 首先分析了風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)阻尼的影響,建立了風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型;其次利用逆迭代轉(zhuǎn)Rayleigh商迭代法計(jì)算得到電力系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)矩陣的特征值與特征向量;再次按照機(jī)電回路相關(guān)比、頻率、低頻振蕩辨識(shí)指標(biāo)、以及機(jī)組相位分群判定對(duì)特征值進(jìn)行篩選;最后確定風(fēng)電接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩模式。 基于風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩辨識(shí)方法,研究提出了一種考慮風(fēng)電集中接入的低頻振蕩阻尼控制策略。首先分析發(fā)電機(jī)出力對(duì)系統(tǒng)阻尼的影響作為阻尼控制的理論依據(jù);然后以阻尼比對(duì)機(jī)組出力靈敏度為量化指標(biāo),通過采用反向等量配對(duì)法,提出了風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的阻尼控制策略。 以甘肅電網(wǎng)為研究背景,基于甘肅電網(wǎng)EMS實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、內(nèi)外網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)匹配等方法,建立了甘肅電網(wǎng)低頻振蕩實(shí)時(shí)辨識(shí)計(jì)算模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)風(fēng)電集中接入電網(wǎng)的低頻振蕩辨識(shí)方法與阻尼控制策略進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,仿真結(jié)果表明了論文所提出的低頻振蕩辨識(shí)方法與阻尼控制策略的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the large-scale wind power connected to the grid, and the rapid expansion of the scale of power grid interconnection, the probability of low-frequency oscillation also increases. In this paper, a low frequency oscillation identification method and damping control strategy for centralized wind power system are proposed to assist dispatchers to find out the low frequency oscillation mode in power system in time, and to improve the damping ratio of power system. Reducing the risk of low frequency oscillation in power system is of great significance to the development of large power grid. In this paper, a low frequency oscillation identification method and damping control strategy for centralized wind power grid connection are proposed, and an example is given to verify the actual situation of Gansu power network. Firstly, the influence of centralized wind power grid on the damping of power system is analyzed, and the mathematical model of power system is established. Secondly, the eigenvalues and Eigenvectors of the power system state matrix are obtained by inverse iteration and Rayleigh quotient iterative method. Thirdly, the eigenvalues are screened according to the electromechanical circuit correlation ratio, frequency, low frequency oscillation identification index and unit phase cluster decision. Finally, the low frequency oscillation mode of wind power connected to power grid is determined. A low frequency oscillation identification method based on centralized wind power grid connection. In this paper, a low frequency oscillation damping control strategy considering centralized wind power access is proposed. Firstly, the influence of generator output on system damping is analyzed as the theoretical basis for damping control. Then the damping control strategy of wind power centralized access to the power network is proposed by using the inverse isometric pairing method with the damping ratio as the quantitative index. Taking Gansu power grid as the research background, based on the EMS real-time data of Gansu power network, the methods of real-time data pre-processing and real-time data matching between internal and external networks are presented. The real-time identification model of low frequency oscillation in Gansu power network is established. Based on this, the identification method of low frequency oscillation and damping control strategy of centralized wind power network are simulated and verified. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the low frequency oscillation identification method and damping control strategy proposed in this paper.
