超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線防覆冰機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:近年來,超疏水表面在電力系統(tǒng)防覆冰方面的應(yīng)用受到了廣泛關(guān)注,為了對超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線的防覆冰機(jī)理和防覆冰效果進(jìn)行研究,制備了超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線和普通鋁導(dǎo)線,利用實驗室搭建的覆冰實驗平臺對其覆冰過程進(jìn)行了記錄和分析。研究結(jié)果表明液滴在超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線表面匯聚后可能發(fā)生自跳躍現(xiàn)象,使用界面自由能理論并結(jié)合能量守恒的觀點對此進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為液滴自跳躍過程有利于液滴滾落,延緩覆冰。此外,還對單個液滴在兩種鋁導(dǎo)線表面的結(jié)冰過程進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)液滴在超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線表面特殊的接觸狀態(tài)延緩了液滴在其表面的結(jié)冰時間,并且這種延緩效果主要體現(xiàn)在液滴發(fā)生相變之前。液滴在超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線表面直接滾落,自跳躍滾落以及緩慢結(jié)冰使得超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線在-5℃時擁有良好的防覆冰效果,實驗結(jié)果對超疏水鋁導(dǎo)線防覆冰理論的發(fā)展具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the application of superhydrophobic surface in anti-icing of power system has been paid more and more attention. In order to study the anti-icing mechanism and anti-icing effect of super-hydrophobic aluminum conductor, superhydrophobic aluminum conductor and ordinary aluminum conductor have been prepared. The icing process was recorded and analyzed by using the ice experiment platform built in the laboratory. The results show that the self-jumping phenomenon may occur after the droplets converge on the surface of superhydrophobic aluminum conductors. The theory of interface free energy and the viewpoint of energy conservation are used to analyze this phenomenon. It is considered that the self-jumping process of droplets is beneficial to the drop rolling. Delay the icing. In addition, the freezing process of single droplet on the surface of two kinds of aluminum conductors is studied. It is found that the special contact state of droplets on the surface of super-hydrophobic aluminum conductors delays the freezing time of droplets on the surface. And this effect is mainly reflected before the droplet phase transition. The droplets roll directly on the surface of superhydrophobic aluminum conductors, self-jump rolling and slow icing make super-hydrophobic aluminum conductors have a good anti-icing effect at -5 鈩,
