3D打印用聚乳酸復(fù)合材料的研究

【摘要】:通過正交試驗(yàn)研究了滑石粉、復(fù)合聚合物彈性體、甘油和鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑的加入量對聚乳酸復(fù)合材料的熔融指數(shù)、斷裂伸長率、拉伸強(qiáng)度及沖擊強(qiáng)度的影響,從而得到了3D打印用聚乳酸復(fù)合材料的最佳配方。應(yīng)用實(shí)例表明:該聚乳酸復(fù)合材料性能優(yōu)異,環(huán)保無毒,打印流暢,打印成品表面光潔,尺寸穩(wěn)定,不易收縮,很好地解決了打印產(chǎn)品的翹曲、開裂、粘結(jié)性差等問題。
[Abstract]:The effects of talc powder, composite polymer elastomer, glycerol and titanate coupling agent on the melting index, elongation at break, tensile strength and impact strength of polylactic acid composites were studied by orthogonal test. The best formula of polylactic acid composite material for 3D printing was obtained. The application example showed that the polylactic acid composite material was used as an example. Excellent material performance, non-toxic environmental protection, printing and smooth, printed finished surface smooth, stable size, not easy to shrink, well solved the warpage, cracking, poor bonding and other problems of printing products.
