以2,7-二(三苯胺)基螺二芴為母體的有機(jī)光電功能材料的合成、表征及性能研究

【摘要】:有機(jī)光電功能材料廣泛應(yīng)用于有機(jī)電致發(fā)光器件(OLED)、有機(jī)光伏器件(OPV)、有機(jī)場效應(yīng)晶體管(OTFT)以及非線性材料、熒光探針和太陽能電池等方面,近年來一直是研究領(lǐng)域的熱點。螺二芴類化合物具有特殊的三維空間結(jié)構(gòu)和電子效應(yīng),而三苯胺具有較高的空穴遷移率和良好的傳輸性能,一直被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種功能材料中。所以本文設(shè)計將三苯胺與螺二芴結(jié)合起來,以期得到具有螺二芴和三苯胺共同特點的具有多種性能的化合物。本文主要做了以下工作:第一部分:設(shè)計了一條廉價可行的合成螺二芴類化合物的路線,合成了五種以2,7-二(三苯胺)基螺二芴為母體的化合物:SPF-TMA、SPF-TAA、SPF-TNP、SPF-TCA、SPF-TMC,以及兩種對照化合物SPF-NP、SPF-CA。第二部分:研究了SPF-TNP的相關(guān)性能。1,研究表明其熱穩(wěn)定性良好(Td=289℃);2,光譜性質(zhì)、電化學(xué)性質(zhì)和電致發(fā)光性能研究表明其可兼作發(fā)光材料和空穴傳輸材料;3,研究表明其是一個雙光子p H探針,p Ka為2.52,雙光子吸收截面為686GM;4,研究表明其可以對四氫呋喃和1,4二氧六環(huán)中的含水量進(jìn)行檢測,檢測極限分別為0.049%和0.018%。第三部分:1,研究了SPF-TCA、SPF-TMC和SPF-CA的光譜性質(zhì)、電化學(xué)性質(zhì),并將其作為染料敏化劑制作成太陽能電池器件,器件的光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率分別為0.63%、0.55%和0.48%。2,研究了SPF-TMC對有機(jī)溶劑DMSO、DMF、丙酮中含水量檢測性能,其檢測極限分別為0.017%、0.018%和0.045%;以及SPF-TMC的p H檢測性能,表明SPF-TMC可以作為一個p H探針,其p Ka為5.95。第四部分:研究表明SPF-TMA是一個p H探針,其p Ka為7.57。而SPF-TAA是一個雙光子p H探針,其p Ka為2.21,雙光子吸收截面為1335GM。
[Abstract]:Organic optoelectronic functional materials are widely used in organic electroluminescent devices (OLED), organic photovoltaic devices (OPV), have airport effect transistor (OTFT) as well as nonlinear materials fluorescent probes and solar cells and so on. In recent years organic photovoltaic devices have been a hot research field. Spirodifluorene compounds have special three-dimensional spatial structure and electronic effect, while trianiline has been widely used in various functional materials because of its high hole mobility and good transport performance. Therefore, in this paper, we design a combination of trianiline and spirodifluorene in order to obtain a variety of compounds with the common characteristics of spirodifluorene and trianiline. The main works are as follows: in the first part, a cheap and feasible route for the synthesis of spirodifluorene compounds was designed. Five kinds of SPF-TMA-SPF-TAAMA-SPF-TNPN SPF-TNPN SPF-TCAF-TMCand two control compounds SPF-NPV SPF-CAF-CAA were synthesized. Part two: the related properties of SPF-TNP were studied. 1.
