共享:國(guó)家發(fā)展理念的突破與升華

【摘要】：十八屆五中全會(huì)首次闡述了共享的發(fā)展理念,揭示了從鼓勵(lì)先富轉(zhuǎn)向追求共富的國(guó)家發(fā)展取向。圍繞全面建成小康社會(huì)背景下的民生問(wèn)題所采取的一系列舉措,將使人民主體地位得到進(jìn)一步確立,而人民生活質(zhì)量的普遍提高將成為國(guó)家發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。
[Abstract]:The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee first expounded the concept of shared development and revealed the orientation of national development from encouraging the first rich to pursuing the common rich. A series of measures taken around the people's livelihood under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way will further establish the status of the people as the main body, and the general improvement of the quality of life of the people will become an important symbol of the development of the country.
