【摘要】：本文分析了人力資本、社會(huì)需求、外商直接投資、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、固定資產(chǎn)投資、城市化和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)作用機(jī)理,并利用2000-2011年我國(guó)省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建了理論模型,實(shí)證研究了各影響因素對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響。結(jié)果表明:在國(guó)家層面,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)影響的程度依次排序?yàn)榻煌ɑ�礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、外商直接投資、固定資產(chǎn)投資和人力資本;在區(qū)域?qū)用?東中西部各影響因素對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響程度有差異。因此,為促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),政府應(yīng)注重鼓勵(lì)和扶持技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,繼續(xù)鼓勵(lì)各個(gè)省吸引外商直接投資,完善交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,明確各個(gè)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的制約因素,并采取差異化政策支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism of human capital, social demand, foreign direct investment, industrial policy, fixed asset investment, urbanization and infrastructure on the upgrading of industrial structure. And using the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2011 to build a theoretical model, empirical study of the impact of various factors on the upgrading of industrial structure. The results show that: at the national level. The order of influence on industrial structure upgrading is transportation infrastructure, technological innovation, foreign direct investment, fixed assets investment and human capital. At the regional level, the influence of the factors in the east, west and west on the upgrading of industrial structure is different. Therefore, in order to promote the upgrading of industrial structure, the government should pay attention to encouraging and supporting technological innovation. We will continue to encourage provinces to attract foreign direct investment, improve transport infrastructure, clarify the constraints on upgrading the industrial structure in various regions, and adopt differentiation policies to support industrial structure upgrading.

【正文快照】： 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨的問(wèn)題已從規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻Y(jié)構(gòu),不合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已成為制約中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸。為此,國(guó)家“十五”規(guī)劃將產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)確定為經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整的重點(diǎn),“十一五”、“十二五”規(guī)劃國(guó)家又將“轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)”作為未來(lái)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)
