【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展，，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種新興的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式，是物流產(chǎn)業(yè)自身結構調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了新的契機，促進了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構高級化和發(fā)展升級。因此，研究物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級意義重大。 首先，本文在對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念和特征進行界定的基礎上給出了區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展特點及優(yōu)勢，并應用灰色關聯(lián)分析論證了區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟之間的雙向互動關系。之后在分析了北京、天津、遼寧及廣東四個區(qū)域的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，構建了影響區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的指標體系，從環(huán)境、政府和市場三個維度來分析區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的關鍵影響因素。提出了基于多維度的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群生命周期識別方法，以沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)為例應用主成分分析法、區(qū)位熵及l(fā)ogistic模型確定沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所處的生命周期階段和各個關鍵點，并分析了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群生命周期各階段的風險形式和規(guī)避政策。從物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群四個發(fā)展模式的角度入手，給出了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的具體模式及路徑，并針對沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群最典型的產(chǎn)業(yè)依附型發(fā)展模式給出其升級模式和路徑。最后對區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級給出有針對性的對策建議。 對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級進行研究，有利于從區(qū)域一體化的角度對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的升級做出具體的規(guī)劃與指導，為政府決策提供支持，有利于從整體上提高我國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭力，促進區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的健康與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of regional economic integration, logistics industry cluster as a new industrial model. Logistics industry cluster upgrade provides a new opportunity for the development of logistics industry and promotes the upgrading and upgrading of the industrial structure of regional economy. It is of great significance to study the upgrading of logistics industry cluster. First of all, this paper gives the development characteristics and advantages of the regional logistics industry cluster on the basis of defining the concept and characteristics of the logistics industry cluster. The paper also demonstrates the two-way interaction between regional logistics industry cluster and regional economy by using grey relation analysis, and then analyzes Beijing and Tianjin. On the basis of the current situation of logistics industry cluster upgrading in Liaoning and Guangdong, the index system of regional logistics industry cluster upgrading is constructed from the environment. This paper analyzes the key factors of the upgrading of regional logistics industry cluster from the three dimensions of government and market, and puts forward a multi-dimensional identification method of logistics industry cluster life cycle. Taking Shenyang Economic Zone as an example, this paper applies principal component analysis, location entropy and logistic model to determine the life cycle stage and key points of logistics industry cluster in Shenyang economic zone. The paper also analyzes the risk forms and evading policies in each stage of the life cycle of the logistics industry cluster. From the perspective of the four development modes of the logistics industry cluster, the paper gives the specific mode and path of the upgrading of the logistics industry cluster. The upgrading mode and path of the most typical industry dependent development mode of the logistics industry cluster in Shenyang Economic Zone are given. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for the upgrading of the regional logistics industry cluster. The research on the upgrading of logistics industry cluster is helpful to make specific planning and guidance for the upgrading of logistics industry cluster from the angle of regional integration and to provide support for government decision-making. It is beneficial to improve the competitiveness of China's logistics industry cluster and promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional logistics industry cluster.
