【摘要】：中俄關(guān)系是當(dāng)今世界最重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一,兩國(guó)深化合作是應(yīng)對(duì)政治和安全挑戰(zhàn)的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)各自發(fā)展復(fù)興的需要,也是促進(jìn)世界和平穩(wěn)定的需要。近年來(lái),隨著中俄全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的持續(xù)發(fā)展,兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作取得了積極進(jìn)展,呈現(xiàn)出不少新亮點(diǎn)。但總體看,中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作規(guī)模相對(duì)有限,結(jié)構(gòu)有待改善,發(fā)展水平與兩國(guó)政治關(guān)系還不協(xié)調(diào),與兩國(guó)的潛力還不相稱。進(jìn)一步拓展經(jīng)貿(mào)合作領(lǐng)域,穩(wěn)步提升相互投資規(guī)模,推動(dòng)兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作深入發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。要增進(jìn)共識(shí),擴(kuò)大戰(zhàn)略和利益的契合點(diǎn);把握重點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步拓展關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域合作;互利共贏,發(fā)揮金融合作的帶動(dòng)作用;多方合力,促進(jìn)多層次的溝通交流,以中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的碩果,帶動(dòng)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,為推動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)勁、包容、可持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:Sino-Russian relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the world today. Deepening cooperation between the two countries is the need to meet political and security challenges, to realize their respective development and rejuvenation, and to promote world peace and stability. With the continuous development of China-Russia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, the two countries have made positive progress in economic and trade cooperation, showing many new bright spots. But overall, the scale of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation is relatively limited and the structure needs to be improved. The level of development is not in harmony with the political relations between the two countries and is not commensurate with the potential of the two countries. Further expand the fields of economic and trade cooperation, steadily increase the scale of mutual investment, and promote the in-depth development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. It is the strategic task of the present and the future period. Grasp the key points and further expand cooperation in key areas; Mutual benefit and win-win, play a leading role in financial cooperation; We will work together in various ways to promote multi-level communication and exchanges in order to promote the economic and social development of the two countries and contribute to the strong, inclusive and sustainable growth of the world economy through the fruitful economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia.
