【摘要】：哈薩克斯坦作為我國的臨國與新疆接壤，同時它又是中亞五國中國土面積最大，經(jīng)濟最發(fā)達的國家。中國與哈薩克斯坦一直保持著密切的經(jīng)濟往來，雙方的貿(mào)易額不斷擴大，經(jīng)濟的互補性日益增強。隨著上海合作組織的建立中國與哈薩克斯坦的關系日益密切，組織內部各國展開了戰(zhàn)略性經(jīng)濟合作。在此背景下，新疆作為我國向西開放的橋頭堡，東連內地，，西接中亞，戰(zhàn)略地位突出。本文通過對新疆和哈薩克斯坦產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、就業(yè)結構以及二者之間互動關系的比較分析，提出在促進雙方各自就業(yè)結構與產(chǎn)業(yè)結構協(xié)調發(fā)展的同時，利用新疆產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的特殊性和地理位置不可替代性，旨在從理論和實踐策略上給新疆與哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟合作中的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇和定位提出一些有益的探索，從而對兩國發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點，加強互補性產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作，通過產(chǎn)業(yè)合作領域的拓展和突破對兩國就業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化及勞動人員素質的提高提出新思路。
[Abstract]:As a neighboring country of our country, Kazakhstan is bordering Xinjiang, and at the same time, it is the largest and most developed country in China of the five Central Asian countries. China and Kazakhstan have maintained close economic exchanges. With the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the relations between China and Kazakhstan have become increasingly close. In this context, Xinjiang, as a bridgehead for China to open to the west, is connected to the interior in the east and to Central Asia in the west. The strategic position is prominent. This paper compares and analyzes the industrial structure, employment structure and the interaction between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan. It is pointed out that while promoting the harmonious development of employment structure and industrial structure of both sides, the particularity and geographical location of Xinjiang's industrial structure can not be replaced. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some useful exploration on the choice and orientation of industry in economic cooperation between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan in theory and practice, so as to give full play to the characteristics of superior industries and strengthen the cooperation of complementary industries between the two countries. Through the expansion and breakthrough in the field of industrial cooperation, a new idea is put forward for the optimization of the employment structure and the improvement of the quality of the labor force in the two countries.
