【摘要】：伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，科技創(chuàng)新不斷應(yīng)用到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中，尤其是依靠科技進(jìn)步生存發(fā)展的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)漸漸成為各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力是高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)科學(xué)發(fā)展的重要因素，創(chuàng)新能力的提升有助于高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)更好的生存和發(fā)展，而協(xié)同創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為提升產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的有效途徑。只有把握協(xié)同創(chuàng)新這把利劍，高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)才能在未來更加激烈的國內(nèi)外競爭中搶占有利地位，不斷發(fā)展。 近年來，高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)已逐漸成為遼寧省的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)，高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展也發(fā)揮越來越大的作用。所以，要進(jìn)一步提升遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢，加快遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展速度，就必須注重該產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展能力，尤其是對其協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的提升。 本研究以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論為基礎(chǔ)，立足于遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同與可持續(xù)發(fā)展，，基于對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力影響因素的研究，對影響因素進(jìn)行綜合分析，根據(jù)分析構(gòu)建能力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并結(jié)合遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)科技經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，選擇適合本研究的評價(jià)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的方法，利用因子分析方法以及復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度模型來對遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力狀況進(jìn)行分析和評價(jià)。然后以此為基礎(chǔ)并結(jié)合遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新狀況，評價(jià)遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的綜合能力。最后從完善內(nèi)部協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研進(jìn)一步合作、提供持續(xù)創(chuàng)新資金保障、建立健全政策支持環(huán)境等多個(gè)角度提出對策建議，進(jìn)而提升遼寧省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology , science and technology innovation has been applied to all industries of national economy development , especially the high - tech industry relying on the survival and development of science and technology . In recent years , the high - tech industry has gradually become the key construction industry in Liaoning province , and the high - tech industry plays a more and more important role in the further development of Liaoning economy . Therefore , to further improve the competitive advantage of the high - tech industry in Liaoning province and speed up the development of high - tech industry in Liaoning province , it is necessary to focus on the innovation and development ability of the industry , especially the promotion of its collaborative innovation ability . Based on the theory of cooperative innovation , this research is based on the synergy and sustainable development of high - tech industry in Liaoning Province . Based on the research on the influencing factors of high - tech industry in Liaoning province , the paper analyzes and evaluates the impact factors . Then , based on the analysis method and the collaboration degree model of the high - tech industry in Liaoning province , this paper analyzes and evaluates the cooperative innovation ability of high - tech industry in Liaoning province .
