【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放后，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化的不斷深入，我國(guó)民間資本投資規(guī)模日益壯大，在社會(huì)總投資中所占比重也越來(lái)越大，其對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、就業(yè)率的提高、促進(jìn)市場(chǎng)的活躍發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。投資作為一種生產(chǎn)要素，不僅要關(guān)注其發(fā)展規(guī)模，更要注重其投資效率。因此，，只有對(duì)中部地區(qū)民間投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析，才能合理引導(dǎo)民間投資，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)。本文運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方法，對(duì)中部各省民間投資業(yè)績(jī)、民間投資發(fā)展?jié)摿σ约坝绊懨耖g投資的具體因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并針對(duì)分析結(jié)果提出了合理的建議。 本文共分為五章，第一部分為緒論，主要交代了選題背景、意義以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于民間投資的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分寫的是民間投資的相關(guān)理論分析。該部分首先對(duì)民間投資研究范圍進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的界定，其次簡(jiǎn)要分析了民間資本對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響，并對(duì)民間投資業(yè)績(jī)的影響因素做了理論分析，最后通過(guò)比較選擇，確定以業(yè)績(jī)指數(shù)和潛力指數(shù)作為民間投資績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的基本方法。第三部分中首先分析了中部地區(qū)民間投資當(dāng)前的發(fā)展規(guī)模和行業(yè)分布特點(diǎn)，其次利用業(yè)績(jī)指數(shù)和潛力指數(shù)著重分析了中部各省的民間投資業(yè)績(jī)以及各省民間投資的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ瑥亩赋隽烁魇≡诿耖g投資發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的深層問(wèn)題。第四部分中結(jié)合實(shí)際統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)針對(duì)性地選取了GDP增量、通貨膨脹率、貸款利率、職工工資水平等10個(gè)指標(biāo)，并利用主成分分析法對(duì)中部六省民間投資績(jī)效的影響因素進(jìn)行模型估計(jì)和結(jié)果分析。第五部分是針對(duì)研究中中部六省民間投資出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出具體的指導(dǎo)建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處： 本文結(jié)合民間投資的實(shí)際影響因素，對(duì)FDI業(yè)績(jī)和潛力指數(shù)進(jìn)行了合理的修正，并利用該指數(shù)對(duì)中部各省民間投資業(yè)績(jī)及民間投資發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行定量分析，為各省合理引導(dǎo)民間投資提供了理論依據(jù)。其次本文在對(duì)民間投資的影響因素進(jìn)行分析時(shí)，采取了定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法，二者結(jié)合使結(jié)果更具說(shuō)服力。 本文的不足之處： 由于研究數(shù)據(jù)不足，文章第四部分中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)擬合時(shí)，精度不足，使研究結(jié)果未能達(dá)到最理想的程度。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, with the deepening of the marketization of the economy, the scale of private capital investment in our country is growing day by day, and the proportion of the total investment in the society is also becoming larger and larger. It is necessary for the growth of economy, the adjustment of industrial structure and the increase of employment rate. As a factor of production, investment, as a factor of production, should not only pay attention to its scale of development, but also its investment efficiency. In order to guide private investment reasonably and realize the goal of economic growth, this paper applies the qualitative and quantitative analysis method to analyze the performance of folk investment in the central provinces. The development potential of private investment and the specific factors affecting private investment are analyzed empirically, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward in the light of the results of the analysis. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first part is the introduction. The second part is about the theoretical analysis of private investment. This part firstly defines the scope of private investment research strictly. Secondly, it briefly analyzes the influence of private capital on economic development, and makes a theoretical analysis of the factors influencing the performance of private investment. Finally, it makes a comparative choice. The performance index and potential index are used as the basic methods to evaluate the private investment performance. The third part analyzes the current development scale and industry distribution characteristics of the private investment in the central region. Secondly, the performance index and potential index are used to analyze the private investment performance of the central provinces and the development potential of the private investment in the central provinces. This paper points out the deep problems existing in the development of private investment in various provinces. In the 4th part, 10 indicators, such as GDP increment, inflation rate, loan interest rate, employee wage level and so on, are selected in combination with the actual statistical data. The main component analysis method is used to estimate the factors influencing the performance of private investment in six provinces of central China and the results are analyzed. Part 5th is to put forward specific guidance suggestions for the problems of private investment in the six provinces of central China. The innovations of this paper are as follows:. Combining with the actual influencing factors of private investment, this paper makes a reasonable revision of the FDI performance and potential index, and makes a quantitative analysis of the private investment performance and the development potential of the private investment in the central provinces by using the index. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the rational guidance of private investment in the provinces. Secondly, this paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the influencing factors of private investment, and the combination of the two makes the results more convincing. The shortcomings of this paper:. Because of the lack of research data, the precision of data fitting in the 4th part of the paper is insufficient, which makes the results of the research fail to reach the most ideal degree.
