【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國許多地區(qū)通過引進外商外資來帶動地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。外資企業(yè)在華投資不僅帶來了先進的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，而且還把科學的管理經(jīng)驗引入我國。正因為如此，一些地區(qū)采用不同的手段和方法通過開發(fā)區(qū)建設來吸引大批外商投資設廠。在這一過程中，各對外招商引資地區(qū)之間必然存在著競爭。如何才能在激烈的競爭中獲勝？競爭情報的收集與應用成為其關(guān)鍵因素之一。本文主要是關(guān)于對外招商引資進程中的競爭情報應用研究。 在理論層面，本文在闡述競爭情報與對外招商引資理論的基礎上，將競爭情報與對外招商引資理論相結(jié)合，分析對外招商引資的競爭環(huán)境情報、競爭對手情報、戰(zhàn)略競爭情報與戰(zhàn)術(shù)競爭情報，并構(gòu)建對外招商引資競爭情報系統(tǒng)。 在應用層面，本文試圖以蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)為例，用上述競爭情報理論，分析蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)在引入新加坡投資時所處的競爭環(huán)境，面對的競爭對手，以及所采取的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)，，并運用對外招商引資競爭情報系統(tǒng)分析蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)的對外招商引資活動。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, many regions in China have brought foreign investment to promote local economic development. The investment of foreign-funded enterprises in China has not only brought advanced production technology, but also introduced scientific management experience into our country. Some regions adopt different means and methods to attract a large number of foreign investment to set up factories through the construction of development zones. In this process, there must be competition among the regions that attract foreign investment. How can they win in the fierce competition? The collection and application of competitive intelligence has become one of the key factors. On the theoretical level, on the basis of expounding the theory of competitive intelligence and attracting foreign investment, this paper combines the theory of competitive intelligence with the theory of attracting foreign investment, and analyzes the competitive environment information and rival information of foreign investment. Strategic competitive intelligence and tactical competitive intelligence, and the construction of foreign investment competitive intelligence system. At the application level, this paper attempts to take Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, using the above competitive intelligence theory, to analyze the competitive environment, competitors and strategic tactics adopted by Suzhou Industrial Park in introducing Singapore investment. And use the foreign investment competitive intelligence system to analyze the Suzhou Industrial Park's foreign investment activities.
