【摘要】：20世紀90年代以來京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展失衡一直制約著區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展,京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展逐步成為社會共識。本文綜合DMSP/OLS夜間燈光和可比GDP構(gòu)建地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值指數(shù)以量化評估區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,并分別從失衡溢出特征(采用增量空間自相關分析和多距離空間聚類分析)和外溢效用距離(SDM空間計量分析)探討經(jīng)濟發(fā)展失衡的溢出效應,量化評估經(jīng)濟發(fā)展熱點的正向外溢和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展冷點的負向外溢。結(jié)果表明,(1)不同評估尺度下京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟失衡溢出都有總體相似的時間階段性特征和空間地域性特征,先呈顯著集聚后趨于離散,大致形成1992-1999年和2000-2013年2個時段與60km和100km左右為界3個地段。1992-2000年不斷顯化的經(jīng)濟失衡在2000年以來不斷弱化。2000年以后區(qū)縣區(qū)劃對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟失衡趨于加劇。(2)經(jīng)濟熱點的正向溢出和經(jīng)濟冷點的負向溢出有明顯差異,經(jīng)濟冷點負向溢出距離約為130km,120km距離內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟熱點有明顯虹吸效應,正向溢出效應并不顯著。交通等基礎設施網(wǎng)絡不斷健全,區(qū)域虹吸效應距離從20世紀90年代的95km外延至21世紀初的115km左右。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the imbalance of economic development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been restricting the regional sustainable development. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has gradually become a social consensus. This paper combines DMSP/OLS night lights and comparable GDP to construct regional gross domestic product index to quantitatively evaluate the level of regional economic development. The spillover effect of economic development imbalance is discussed from the characteristics of unbalanced spillover (using incremental spatial autocorrelation analysis and multi-distance spatial clustering analysis) and spillover utility distance SDM spatial econometric analysis. The positive spillover of economic development hot spots and the negative spillover of economic development cold point are quantitatively evaluated. The results show that the economic imbalance spillovers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have similar temporal and spatial characteristics under different evaluation scales. At first, it is obvious agglomeration, then it tends to be discrete. From 1992 to 1999 and from 2000 to 2013, the economic imbalance has been weakened since 2000. After 2000, the regional and county divisions tend to aggravate the regional economic imbalance. There are obvious differences between positive spillover and negative spillover of economic cold point. The economic hot spots with negative spillover distance of about 130 km / m have siphon effect, but the positive spillover effect is not significant. The distance of regional siphon effect is from 95km on 1990s to 115km at the beginning of 21th century.
