【摘要】：非均衡的漸進(jìn)性改革是我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的主要戰(zhàn)略,在取得經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時,也造成一系列利益失衡的民生問題。當(dāng)前,非均衡發(fā)展方式下利益失衡的民生問題主要有勞資利益矛盾、階層利益矛盾以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不均衡等問題,這源于非均衡改革中市場制度缺陷、差異化政策和政治體制改革的滯后性等。為此,必須從公平和市場兩方面進(jìn)行完善,以促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced progressive reform is the main strategy for the reform of the market economic system in our country. While achieving economic development, it also causes a series of livelihood problems with unbalanced interests. At present, Under the unbalanced development mode, the livelihood problems of interest imbalance mainly include the contradiction of labor and capital interest, the contradiction of stratum interest and the imbalance of regional economic development, which originates from the defects of market system in the unbalanced reform. In order to promote the sustainable growth of China's economy, it is necessary to perfect the policy of differentiation and the lagging of political system reform from the aspects of equity and market.
