【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度不斷深入,國(guó)家、地區(qū)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題是如何能在區(qū)域之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持優(yōu)勢(shì)地位�；仡櫧�代世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷程,不難看出一個(gè)國(guó)家或者地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展程度與該國(guó)家或地區(qū)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力成正比。區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力是衡量區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要標(biāo)志,是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力。研究一個(gè)區(qū)域的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文首先對(duì)區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。其次在對(duì)山西省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力相關(guān)研究,構(gòu)建出一套區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系,主要包括區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新支撐能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力四個(gè)方面。然后運(yùn)用主成分分析法、結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法對(duì)山西省的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行全面、綜合的評(píng)價(jià)和分析。最后根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)分析結(jié)果提出山西省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the degree of economic globalization is deepening, and the competition between countries and regions is becoming more and more intense. The key problem of regional economic development is how to maintain its dominant position in the competition between regions. It is not difficult to see that the degree of economic development of a country or region is directly proportional to the technological innovation ability of that country or region. The research on the technological innovation ability of a region is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of regional economy and the promotion of comprehensive competitiveness. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research background of regional technological innovation ability and the current situation at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of Shanxi province's technological innovation ability, combined with the relevant research of regional technological innovation capability at home and abroad at present, A set of index system of regional technological innovation capability is constructed, which includes four aspects: regional technological innovation input ability, technological innovation support ability, technological innovation achievement and technological innovation output ability. Then principal component analysis is used. The structural analysis method is used to comprehensively and synthetically evaluate and analyze the technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province. Finally, according to the results of evaluation and analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions for technological innovation in Shanxi Province are put forward.
