【摘要】：當今世界,經(jīng)濟全球化程度不斷深入,國家、地區(qū)間的競爭愈加激烈。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關鍵問題是如何能在區(qū)域之間的競爭中保持優(yōu)勢地位�；仡櫧�代世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展歷程,不難看出一個國家或者地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展程度與該國家或地區(qū)的技術創(chuàng)新能力成正比。區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力是衡量區(qū)域競爭力的重要標志,是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的根本動力。研究一個區(qū)域的技術創(chuàng)新能力對該區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和綜合競爭力的提升有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本文首先對區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力的研究背景、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進行綜述。其次在對山西省技術創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎之上,結合目前國內(nèi)外區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力相關研究,構建出一套區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力指標體系,主要包括區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新投入能力、技術創(chuàng)新支撐能力、技術創(chuàng)新成果和技術創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力四個方面。然后運用主成分分析法、結構分析方法對山西省的技術創(chuàng)新能力進行全面、綜合的評價和分析。最后根據(jù)評價分析結果提出山西省技術創(chuàng)新對策建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the degree of economic globalization is deepening, and the competition between countries and regions is becoming more and more intense. The key problem of regional economic development is how to maintain its dominant position in the competition between regions. It is not difficult to see that the degree of economic development of a country or region is directly proportional to the technological innovation ability of that country or region. The research on the technological innovation ability of a region is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of regional economy and the promotion of comprehensive competitiveness. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research background of regional technological innovation ability and the current situation at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of Shanxi province's technological innovation ability, combined with the relevant research of regional technological innovation capability at home and abroad at present, A set of index system of regional technological innovation capability is constructed, which includes four aspects: regional technological innovation input ability, technological innovation support ability, technological innovation achievement and technological innovation output ability. Then principal component analysis is used. The structural analysis method is used to comprehensively and synthetically evaluate and analyze the technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province. Finally, according to the results of evaluation and analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions for technological innovation in Shanxi Province are put forward.
