【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展,整個(gè)社會(huì)已然步入了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。在激烈的全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,知識(shí)是決定一個(gè)地區(qū)能否在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中存活的關(guān)鍵。這種知識(shí)與技能形成了一種特定的資本,即人力資本。人力資本逐漸成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中的一大要素,從多方面推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。研究人力資本是時(shí)代發(fā)展的需求,可以使得更多的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力。人力資本的積累和有效開(kāi)發(fā)利用可以創(chuàng)造出巨大的社會(huì)財(cái)富。因此,人力資本成為了世界所關(guān)注的熱門(mén)話(huà)題。 延邊地區(qū)位于中朝俄三國(guó)邊境,又是全國(guó)唯一的朝鮮族聚居區(qū),在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過(guò)程中有著重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。延邊地區(qū)自然資源和人口存量相對(duì)豐富,但因其交通上的不便、自然資源的過(guò)度使用、不合理的人力資本開(kāi)發(fā)與利用,導(dǎo)致延邊地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平明顯落后于其他發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),其經(jīng)濟(jì)地位也逐年下降。人力資本是解決延邊地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)不均衡的有效要素。通過(guò)研究延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的人力資本要素,找出延邊地區(qū)人力資本開(kāi)發(fā)利用中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出解決方案,可以有效促進(jìn)延邊地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。這對(duì)于振興延邊社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)具有舉足輕重的作用。 本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外人力資本和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上以延邊朝鮮族自治州為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)延邊州的人力資本和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了定量分析。通過(guò)對(duì)政府文件和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,試圖找出延邊州人力資本開(kāi)發(fā)利用中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出一些有益于延邊州社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the whole society has entered the era of knowledge economy. In the fierce global competition, knowledge is the key to determine whether a region can survive in the competition. That is, human capital, which has gradually become a major factor in the process of economic growth, promotes the transformation of the mode of economic growth in China from many aspects. The study of human capital is the demand of the development of the times. The accumulation and effective utilization of human capital can create huge social wealth. Therefore, human capital has become a hot topic in the world. Yanbian is located on the border between China, North Korea and Russia, and is the only Korean nationality area in the country. It has an important strategic position in the process of modernization. Yanbian is relatively rich in natural resources and population, but because of the inconvenience of transportation, The excessive use of natural resources and the unreasonable development and utilization of human capital have led to the obvious lag behind other developed regions in the economic development of Yanbian. Human capital is an effective factor to solve the imbalance of regional economic growth in Yanbian area. By studying the human capital elements in Yanbian economic growth, the problems existing in the development and utilization of human capital in Yanbian area are found out. The solution can effectively promote the economic growth of Yanbian, which plays an important role in revitalizing the social economy of Yanbian. This paper summarizes the theories of human capital and economic growth at home and abroad, and takes Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the present situation of human capital and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture. Through the analysis of government documents and statistical data, it tries to find out the problems existing in the development and utilization of human capital in Yanbian prefecture. And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions beneficial to the sustainable development of social economy in Yanbian Prefecture.
