【摘要】：總部經(jīng)濟(jì)是指企業(yè)的總部或地區(qū)總部向區(qū)域的中心城市遷移，或某些企業(yè)總部由區(qū)域中心城市的遷往周邊中小城市，形成企業(yè)總部在區(qū)域中心城市或周邊中小城市集聚，企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)在周邊中小城市集聚發(fā)展的格局，在發(fā)揮總部決策功能和協(xié)調(diào)功能的條件下，獲取企業(yè)經(jīng)營資源，提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營效率，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)區(qū)域城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、形成合理的價值鏈分工�？偛拷�(jīng)濟(jì)是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的自然產(chǎn)物，是提高區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合競爭力的一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形式。 近幾年來，我國總部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。不僅中心城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)總部經(jīng)濟(jì)，同時，二三線城市也在積極進(jìn)行本地區(qū)總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。在這樣的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下，總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響效應(yīng)開始被越來越多的學(xué)者研究，這無疑成為了學(xué)術(shù)界的又一熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。本文以廊坊市為研究對象，采取定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的分析方法，同時結(jié)合相應(yīng)的理論，量化分析總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對廊坊市經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，為廊坊市發(fā)展總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略對策提供一定的參考。 本文首先介紹了研究背景及意義，在分析國內(nèi)外總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響效應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了本文的研究方法和研究思路。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要分為兩個方面：一是以廊坊市為研究對象，介紹廊坊市總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)行SWOT分析；二是在總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)影響效應(yīng)的理論指導(dǎo)下，運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分析總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對廊坊市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響的程度，從而量化總部經(jīng)濟(jì)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響效應(yīng)。最后，通過以上兩方面的分析，找出廊坊市發(fā)展總部經(jīng)濟(jì)需要存在的問題，并結(jié)合廊坊市總部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實際情況，提出廊坊市發(fā)展總部經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略對策。 本文的研究過程結(jié)合廊坊市和廊坊市總部企業(yè)的實際情況，提出了一系列可操作性的總部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展措施，為實現(xiàn)廊坊市產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式做了嘗試，對區(qū)域更好的發(fā)展總部經(jīng)濟(jì)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Headquarters economy refers to the migration of the headquarters of the enterprise or the regional headquarters to the central city of the region, or the relocation of some headquarters of the enterprise from the regional central city to the surrounding small and medium-sized city, which forms the concentration of the headquarters of the enterprise in the regional central city or the surrounding small and medium-sized city. Under the condition of giving full play to the decision-making and coordination functions of the headquarters, enterprises can obtain business resources, improve their operating efficiency, and then promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of regional cities, according to the pattern of agglomeration and development of manufacturing links in the surrounding small and medium-sized cities. The headquarters economy is a natural product of the development of market economy and a new economic form to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economy. In recent years, the headquarters economy of our country has developed rapidly. Not only is the central city planning and building the headquarters economy, but also the second and third tier cities are actively carrying out the strategic planning of the headquarters economy in the region. Under such an economic situation, The effect of headquarters economy on regional economy has been studied by more and more scholars, which has undoubtedly become another hot area in academic circles. This paper takes Langfang City as the research object and adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. At the same time, combined with the corresponding theory, this paper quantitatively analyzes the influence of headquarters economy on Langfang's economy, and provides a certain reference for Langfang's strategic countermeasures to develop headquarters economy. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, on the basis of analyzing the effects of headquarters economy at home and abroad on the development of regional economy. The research contents of this paper are divided into two aspects: first, take Langfang as the research object, introduce the present situation of Langfang headquarters economy, and carry on SWOT analysis; Secondly, under the guidance of the theory of the effect of headquarters economy on regional economy, this paper uses panel data model to analyze the influence of headquarter economy on Langfang's economic development, so as to quantify the effect of headquarter economy on regional economy. By analyzing the above two aspects, this paper finds out the problems existing in the development of headquarters economy in Langfang city, and puts forward the strategic countermeasures for the development of headquarters economy in Langfang city according to the actual situation of economic development in Langfang city. Based on the actual situation of Langfang and Langfang headquarter enterprises, this paper puts forward a series of operable measures for the development of headquarters economy, in order to realize the upgrading of Langfang industry and change the mode of development. Better development of regional headquarters economy has certain guiding significance.
