【摘要】：無量山沿線綜合扶貧開發(fā)區(qū)是云南省普洱市3個"小連片"綜合扶貧開發(fā)區(qū)之一。該地區(qū)基礎設施落后、自然條件惡劣、勞動力素質普遍較低等因素制約著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。通過對無量山沿線綜合扶貧開發(fā)區(qū)基本情況的分析,探究了該區(qū)貧困落后的原因與扶貧脫貧的困難,并立足國家"十三五"扶貧開發(fā)大背景,從政策保障、產業(yè)發(fā)展、素質提高、資金整合、生態(tài)環(huán)境五個方面提出相應的扶貧對策建議。
[Abstract]:The Comprehensive Poverty Alleviation Development Zone along Wuliangshan is one of the three "Xiaolianpian" Comprehensive Poverty Alleviation Development zones in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. The infrastructure in this area is backward and the natural conditions are poor. The low quality of labor force restricts the development of regional economy. Through the analysis of the basic situation of comprehensive poverty alleviation development zone along Wuliangshan, this paper explores the causes of poverty and backwardness and the difficulty of poverty alleviation. Based on the background of "the 13th Five-Year Plan", this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on poverty alleviation from five aspects: policy guarantee, industrial development, quality improvement, capital integration and ecological environment.
