【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同作為研究農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要方面,對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具有較為明顯的影響。針對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的問(wèn)題,有較多的學(xué)者對(duì)此進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,而對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的研究依舊較少,有關(guān)其測(cè)度方法、原因及其影響都有待進(jìn)一步深入研究與分析。西雙版納州作為農(nóng)業(yè)大州,存在一定的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同現(xiàn)象,需要對(duì)其農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同現(xiàn)狀、原因和影響進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析研究,為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提出一定建議。首先,本文通過(guò)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值構(gòu)成、克魯格曼指數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù)等多種測(cè)度方法,利用相關(guān)行業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值,對(duì)西雙版納州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同狀況進(jìn)行測(cè)度與分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),西雙版納州及其一市兩縣之間存在一定程度的趨同,景洪市與勐臘縣、版納州與勐臘縣、版納州與景洪市等之間的趨同表現(xiàn)比較明顯,但有減弱的趨勢(shì)。對(duì)比二位數(shù)和三位數(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)分類層次的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同情況,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)三位數(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)分類層次的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同較弱,且更符合實(shí)際情況。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)西雙版納州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的原因進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)自然環(huán)境、地理位置、文化傳統(tǒng)和農(nóng)業(yè)科技是影響農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的基礎(chǔ)條件,政府政策、農(nóng)戶決策和市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)等因素相結(jié)合,成為推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的后期條件。表明,自然環(huán)境、地理位置、文化傳統(tǒng)和農(nóng)業(yè)科技是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的充分條件,而受市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)影響的政府政策、農(nóng)戶決策等是導(dǎo)致農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的必要條件。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)西雙版納州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的影響進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在一定程度上不僅對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了積極影響,而且對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、生態(tài)環(huán)境和文化傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。認(rèn)為應(yīng)該充分利用農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的積極影響,并有針對(duì)性的處理好其消極影響。
[Abstract]:The convergence of agricultural industrial structure, as an important aspect of agricultural industrial structure adjustment, has obvious influence on the development of regional economy in China. However, there are still few researches on the convergence of agricultural industrial structure. The measurement methods, reasons and their effects need to be further studied and analyzed. As a big agricultural state, Xishuangbanna has a certain phenomenon of agricultural industrial structure convergence. It is necessary to analyze and study the current situation, causes and effects of the convergence of agricultural industrial structure, so as to put forward some suggestions for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure. First, through the composition of agricultural output value, Krugman index and structural similarity coefficient are used to measure and analyze the convergence of agricultural industrial structure in Xishuangbanna by using agricultural output value of related industries. There is a certain degree of convergence between Xishuangbanna Prefecture and one city and two counties. The convergence between Jinghong City and Mengla County, Banna Prefecture and Mengla County, Banna Prefecture and Jinghong City is obvious. But there is a tendency to weaken. Comparing the agricultural industrial structure convergence of double-digit and three-digit industrial classification levels, we can find that the agricultural industrial structure of the three-digit industrial classification level is weaker and more in line with the actual situation. By analyzing the reasons for the convergence of agricultural industrial structure in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, it is found that the natural environment, geographical location, cultural tradition and agricultural science and technology are the basic conditions that influence the convergence of agricultural industrial structure. The combination of household decision-making and market drive has become the late condition to promote the convergence of agricultural industrial structure. It shows that the natural environment, geographical location, cultural tradition and agricultural science and technology are sufficient conditions for the convergence of agricultural industrial structure. The market driven government policies and farmers' decision-making are the necessary conditions for the convergence of agricultural industrial structure. Finally, through the analysis of Xishuangbanna's agricultural industrial structure convergence, It is found that, to a certain extent, it not only has a positive impact on the development of regional economy, but also has a negative impact on the development of regional economy, ecological environment and cultural tradition. And to deal with its negative impact.
